Վաչագան Ղազարյանի կալանքի ժամկետը երկարաձգելու հարցով նիստը հնարավոր է կայանա դեկտեմբերի 12-ին
SOCIETYԵրևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը 2 ժամով հետաձգել է նիստը, որում քննվում է Սերժ Սարգսյանի թիկնազորի նախկին պետ Վաչագան Ղազարյանի կալանքի ժամկետը երկարաձգելու հարցը։ Վաչագան Ղազարյանի փաստաբան Արմեն Հարությունյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ նիստն ընդմիջվել է 2 ժամով և հավանական է, որ նույնիսկ նիստը կայանա դեկտեմբերի 12-ի:
«Այժմ քննարկվում է գրավի միջնորդությունը, որ ներկայացրել է պատասխանող կողմը: Նիստը հետաձգված է: Որպես գրավ առաջարկվել է 5 մլն դրամից սկսած»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց փաստաբանը:
Հարցին, թե ինչ միջոցներով է Ղազարյանը վճարելու գրավը, եթե դատարանը համապատասխան որոշում կայացնի, փաստաբանն ասաց, որ Վաչագան Ղազարյանի ընտանիքի անդամների գույքը գտնվում են կալանքի տակ, սակայն, կգտնվեն Ղազարյանի ընկերներ, որոնք կօգնեն վճարել, եթե գրավ սահմանվի:
Վաչագան Ղազարյանը առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշմամբ կալանավորվել էր, ապա նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց էր ընտրվել 1 միլիարդ դրամ գրավը:
Այնուհետև Վճռաբեկ դատարանը բավարարել է գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալի բողոքը և ուժի մեջ թողել Ղազարյանին կալանավորելու որոշումը։
Հայաստանի նախկին նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի անվտանգության ծառայության անդամ, Ազգային անվտանգության պետական պահպանության ծառայության պետի առաջին տեղակալի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած Վաչագան Ղազարյանը Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի որոշմամբ ազատ էր արձակվել 1 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ գրավի դիմաց:
Հունիսի 27-ին ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի կողմից միջնորդություն էր ներկայացվել Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան` Վաչագան Ղազարյանի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու համար:
Հունիսի 28-ին դատարանի կողմից միջնորդությունը բավարարվել է, և Ղազարյանը կալանավորվել էր:
ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակում Վաչագան Ղազարյանին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 314.3-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով և 310.1-ին հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախատեսված այն արարքների կատարման համար, որ նա ՀՀ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով ներկայացրած հայտարարագրերում թաքցրել է իր ունեցած դրամական միջոցների իրական չափի մասին հայտարարագրման ենթակա տվյալները, ինչպես նաև ապօրինի հարստացել է:
