7-րդ գումարման ԱԺ-ի 27 լրացուցիչ մանդատ ստացած պատգամավորի և նրանց օգնականների համար պետբյուջեից տարեկան կհատկացվի մոտ 279 մլն դրամ
SOCIETYՀՀ 7-րդ գումարման ազգային ժողովում կլինի 132 պատգամավոր նախորդ 105-ի փոխարեն: Tert.am-ը հաշվել է, թե լրացուցիչ 27 պատգամավորի և նրանց օգնականների միայն աշխատավարձի հաշվին պետական բյուջեի վրա որքան բեռ կավելանա:
Ըստ Ընտրական օրենսգրքի՝ Ազգային ժողովը բաղկացած է նվազագույնը 101 պատգամավորից: 6-րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովն ուներ 105 պատգամավոր և Սահմանադրության պահանջի համաձայն՝ ապահովում էր 30% ընդդիմությունը: Նվազագույն 101-ին գումարվել էր 4 մանդատ՝ ազգային փոքրամասնությունների մանդատները:
ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների արդյունքներով «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքը ստացել է ձայների 70.44%-ը, ինչից ելնելով ոչ իշխանական ուժերին տրվելու են լրացուցիչ մանդատներ ԱԺ-ում բավարար չափով ընդդիմությունն ապահովելու համար: «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքը կունենա 88 մանդատ, ԲՀԿ-ը՝ 26, ԼՀԿ-ը՝ 18՝ ընդդիմության 1/3 մասը խորհրդարանում ապահովելու համար:
«Պետական պաշտոններ զբաղեցնող անձանց վարձատրության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի համաձայն՝ ԱԺ պատգամավորի չհարկված աշխատավարձը կազմում է 661 400 դրամ: Իսկ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորի վճարովի հիմունքներով օգնականի չհարկվող աշխատավարձը կազմում է 198 420 դրամ:
Լրացուցիչ 27 պատգամավորի համար պետական բյուջեից ամսական կհատկացվի 17 մլն 857 հազար 800 դրամ ավելի գումար, տարեկան՝ 214 մլն 293 հազար 600 դրամ: Իսկ 7-րդ գումարման ԱԺ-ի ամբողջ գործունեության՝ 5 տարվա կտրվածքով դիտարկելու դեպքում, 27 պատգամավորի աշխատավարձը կկազմի 1 մլրդ 71 մլն 468 հազար դրամ:
ԱԺ պատգամավորի օգնականի համար ամսական կտրամադրվի 5 մլն 357 հազար 340 դրամ, տարեկան՝ 64 մլն 288 հազար 80 դրամ:Այսպիսով, 27-ով ավելի պատգամավորի և նրանց օգնականների համար պետբյուջեից տարեկան կհատկացվի ևս 278 մլն 581 հազար 680 դրամ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը երեկ ամփոփել է դեկտեմբերի 9-ի քվեարկության նախնական արդյունքները, ըստ որոնց՝ «Իմ քայլ»-ը դաշինքն ստացել է 70.44%, ԲՀԿ-ն՝ 8.27% «Լուսավոր Հայաստանը»՝ 6.37%։
