Ոստիկանությունում քննարկել են թափառաշրջիկ երեխաների հայտնաբերման խնդիրը

Դեկտեմբերի 11-ին տեղիէ ունեցել մուրացիկ և թափառաշրջիկ երեխաների հայտնաբերման, նրանց հետ կապված խնդիրների լուծման, միասնական աշխատանքների կազմակերպման նպատակով ստեղծված միջգերատեսչական աշխատանքային խմբի հերթական նիստը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, նիստին մասնակցում էին ՄԱԿ-ի մանկական հիմնադրամի, «Հայ օգնության ֆոնդի երեխաների աջակցության կենտրոնի», պետական տարբեր շահագրգիռ կառույցների, այդ թվում, աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի, առողջապահության նախարարությունների ներկայացուցիչներ, ոստիկանության անչափահասների գործերով և ընտանիքում բռնության կանխարգելման բաժանմունքների պետեր:
Ողջունելով ներկաներին, ոստիկանության ՔՀԳՎ 3-րդ վարչության պետ, ոստիկանության գնդապետ Նելլի Դուրյանը ներկայացրեց նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվելիք հարցերը, որոնք վերաբերում էին 2018 թ-ի անցած ժամանակահատվածում մուրացիկ և թափառաշրջիկ անչափահասների ու նրանց ընտանիքների հետ տարված աշխատանքներին:
Վարչության պետը նշեց, որ չնայած ծավալած աշխատանքներին` խնդիրը պահանջում է բոլոր շահագրգիռ կառույցների ջանքերը, որպեսզի Հանրապետությունում նվազի մուրացկանությամբ և թափառաշրջիկությամբ զբաղվող անչափահասների թիվը:
Ներկայացվեցին նման երեխաների հայտնաբերման, դրա հետ կապված խնդիրների լուծման և միասնական աշխատանքների վերաբերյալ վիճակագրական տվյալներ, քննարկվեցին անչափահասների մուրացկանությամբ զբաղվելու, նրանց առողջական վիճակի, խնամքն ու դաստաիարակությունը կազմակերպելու, ինչպես և տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմիններում գործող խնամակալության և հոգաբարձության մարմինների հետ փոխհամագործակցությանը վերաբերող հարցեր:
Առաջարկներով հանդես եկան աշխատանքային խմբի անդամները:
Քննարկումների արդյունքում կարևորվեց առկա խնդիրների լուծման ուղղությամբ համատեղ աշխատանքների իրականացումը:
