Կառավարությունը մասնակի կփոխհատուցի բարձր առաջադիմություն ունեցող և ապրիլյան պատերազմի մասնակից ուսանողների ուսման վարձը
SOCIETYԿառավարությունը կրթության և գիտության նախարարությանը կհատկացնի 50 միլիոն դրամ՝ ՀՀ բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատությունների անվճար համակարգում չընդգրկված, բարձր առաջադիմություն ունեցող երկու և ավելի անչափահաս երեխա ունեցող 112 ուսանողների, ինչպես նաև 2016 թվականի ապրիլյան քառօրյա պատերազմի մասնակից 649 ուսանողների ուսման վարձերի մասնակի փոխհատուցման նպատակով:
Ինչպես փոխանցում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, նախագիծը ներկայացրեց ԿԳ նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը:
Ըստ նախնական հաշվարկների՝ թվով 23 բուհի 761 ուսանողի ուսման վարձերը (միջինը՝ 449 հազար դրամ) կզեղչվի 20%-ով, ինչի դեպքում պահանջվող գումարը կազմում է 68 մլն 588 հազար դրամ: Այս նախագծով նախատեսվում է այդ նպատակով Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամին տրամադրել 50 միլիոն դրամ, իսկ մնացած մասը հիմնադրամը կհատկացնի իր միջոցների հաշվին:
«Մենք պետք է գտնենք մեխանիզմներ, որոնցով բարձր առաջադիմություն ունեցող ուսանողների հետագա ուսումնառության համար որևէ սպառնալիք չգոյանա, բայց իսկապես դրանք պետք է լինեն բարձր առաջադիմություն ունեցող ուսանողներ, ինչը նաև խթան կհանդիսանա կրթության առավել բարձր պահանջ ձևավորելու համար»,- ասաց վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
17 միլիոն դրամ էլ կհատկացվի «Ի՞նչ, որտե՞ղ, ե՞րբ» հեռուստանախագծի 2019 թվականի չորս եթերաշրջանների համար նոր արտոնագիր ձեռք բերելու նպատակով:
Հայաստանյան հեռուստանախագիծն իրականացվում է ռուսաստանյան «Իգրա Թի Վի» հեռուստաընկերության կողմից տրամադրված արտոնագրի հիման վրա:
