ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի նշանակման հարցը չի լուծվել. Փաշինյանի մամուլի խոսնակը հերքում է Նազարբաևի հայտարարությունը

Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) գլխավոր քարտուղարի նշանակման հարցը լուծված չէ։ Այն պետք է լուծվի կոնսենսուսով։ Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով «Sputnik Արմենիա»-ն, այս մասին հայտարարել է ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մամուլի խոսնակ Արման Եղոյանը։
«Վերահաստատում եմ ասածս՝ դեկտեմբերի 6-ին ԵԱՏՄ բարձրագույն տնտեսական խորհրդի նիստի ժամանակ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի նշանակման հարցը չի լուծվել և չէր էլ կարող լուծվել, քանի որ ՀԱՊԿ նիստ տեղի չի ունեցել։ Նաև վերահաստատում եմ Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումը, որ հարցը պետք է լուծվի կոնսենսուսի միջոցով, ՀԱՊԿ-ի շրջանակում կայանալիք պաշտոնական հանդիպման ընթացքում»,– ասել է Եղոյանը։
Ղազախստանի նախագահ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևը դեկտեմբերի 13-ին հայտարարել է, որ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունները որոշել են սատարել Ստանիսլավ Զասի թեկնածությունը, որն առաջարկել է Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն։ Նազարբաևն այդ մասին խոսել է Աստանայում Բելառուսի Անվտանգության խորհրդի պետքարտուղար Ստանիսլավ Զասի հետ հանդիպման շրջանակում: Նազարբաևն իր աջակցությունն է հայտնել Բելառուսի ներկայացուցչին` որպես ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի թեկնածուի:
Նոյեմբերի 2-ին Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչ Յուրի Խաչատուրովն ազատվեց ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնից, քանի որ նրան հետ կանչելու գործընթաց սկսելու հարցով ՀԱՊԿ անդամ մյուս երկրներին դիմել էր Հայաստանն այն բանից հետո, երբ Խաչատուրի նկատմամբ Մարտի 1-ի գործով քրեական գործ էր հարուցվել: Ակնկալվում էր, որ ՀԱՊԿ նոր գլխավոր քարտուղար կընտրվի նոյեմբերի 8-ին, ՀԱՊԿ հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստի ընթացքում, սակայն որոշում ընդունվեց խնդրին լուծում տալ դեկտեմբերի 6-ին կայանալիք նիստի ընթացքում: Դրանից հետո Ղազախստանի նախագահ Նուրսուլթան Նազարբաևը հայտարարեց, որ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնում պետք է ընտրվի Բելառուսի թեկնածուն,՝ չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ այդ պաշտոնը զբաղեցնելու իրավունքը մինչև 2020թ. պատկանում է Հայաստանին:
