Մեկ տարվա ընթացքում Եվրոպա են տեղափոխվել 800 հազար փախստական

Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի ավարտից հետո մեկնարկած ժամանակաշրջանը պատմության մեջ կմտնի որպես մարդկանց ազատ շարժողունակության հատված, երբ մարդիկ առանց արգելքների կարողանում են երկրից երկիր տեղափոխվել: Ներկա դրությամբ ողջ աշխարհում իր երկիրը լքել եւ փախստականի կարգավիճակ է ձեռք բերել 60 միլիոն մարդ. նրանցից 40 միլիոնը ներքին տեղահանվածներն են, մնացածը մարդիկ են, ովքեր ստիպված են լքել իրենց բնակավայրը: «Ներկա դրությամբ հին մայրցամաքն է փախստականների հոսքի կիզակետը: Ներգաղթյալները ցանկանում են գտնել կայունություն, ցանկանում են ապրել առանց պատերազմների եւ արյունահեղության, ցանկանում են գտնել անվտանգություն իրենց երեխաների համար, սակայն դրան հասնում են մեծ վտանգի, շատ հաճախ կյանքի գնով»,- «Կովկաս» ինստիտուտում կայացած քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց < b>Միգրացիյի միջազգային կազմակերպության հայաստանյանգրասենյակի տնօրեն Իլոնա Տեր-Մինասյանը` հավելելով, որ այս տարվա ընթացքում 800.000 մարդ է տեղափոխվել Եվրոպա, որոնցից չորս հազարը մահացել է ճանապարհին:
Ըստ մասնագետի, մի շարք հարցերում առկա է չափազանցություն. օրինակ շրջանառվող տեսակետը, որ ներգաղթյալների հոսքը կարող է բերել վարակների տարածմանը, այնքան էլ ճիշտ չէ: «Ցանկացած տեղափոխություն կարող է բերել վարակի տարածման: Միաժամանակ չի եղել դեպք, երբ որեւէ հիվանդության կամ վարակի տարածում կապված լինի հենց ներգաղթյալների հոսքի հետ»,- ասաց նա` հավելելով, որ Եվրոպայում դեմ են ներգաղթյալների հոսքին, եւ բնակչության մեծամասնությունը կարծում է, որ ներգաղթյալների ընդունման հոսքը պետք է դադարեցվի: Ըստ հետազոտության արդյունքների, Եվրամիու թյունում համամետաբար միակ հանդուրժող պետությունը Ֆրանսիան է, որտեղ բնակչության 46 տոկոսն է դեմ ներգաղթյալների հոսքին: Ըստ Իլոնա Տեր-Մինասյանի, հասարակության կրթված զանգվածը առավել հանդուրժող է ներգաղթյալների հանդեպ:
