Զարուհի Սարգսյանի դեպքում գործ ունենք դասական մուտիլովկայի հետ, ոչ ավելին․ պարզաբանում

Լուրի իսկությունը պարզելու համար զրուցեցինք Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի մամուլի խոսնակ Իվետա Տոնոյանի հետ, ով մեզ հետ զրույցում նշեց. «Ժամանակ» օրաթերթի դեպքում մասնագիտական անբարեխղճության և իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող տեղեկատվությունը հրապարակելու տխրահռչակ գործելաոճն արդեն ավանդական է դարձել: Առաջին հերթին նշեմ, որ հրապարակման մեջ նշված «Եվրոմոթորս» ընկերությունում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն ընդամենը բաժնետեր է, ավելին՝ բաժնեմասերը կառավարվում են հավատարմագրային կառավարչի կողմից: Ի սկզբանե ներդրումային ծրագրերն իրականացնում են Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններում գործող «Պրինցես Գրուպ» ընկերության կողմից, որն էլ նշանակում է ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրենին: Զարուհի Սարգսյանի դեպքում գործ ունենք դասական մուտիլովկայի հետ, ոչ ավելին։ Քանի որ «Եվրոմոթորս» ընկերության և «Սմարթ Քոնսթրաքշն» ընկերության միջև կնքված համաձայնագրի համաձայն՝ դեռևս 2016 թվականին վերջիններին վճարվել է պայմանագրով նախատեսված ամբողջ՝ 3.285.000 դոլարը։ Եվ եթե Զարուհի Սարգսյանը որևէ հիմք ունենար իր գումարները չվճարելու վերաբերյալ, ապա մինչև այժմ դատարան կդիմեր, այլ ոչ թե այս տարիների ընթացքում նախագահների կամ վարչապետների վերահսկողական ծառայություններին։ Զարուհի Սարգսյանի դեպքում գործ ունենք սեփակական շահադիտական նպատակներով Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անունն անտեղի շահարկելու, իսկ «Ժամանակ» օրաթերթի դեպքում հերթական ապատեղեկատվության, կամ ցանկալին իրականության տեղ հրամցնելու մոլուցքի հետ։
