Երևանում մեկնարկեց հայկական ու եվրոպական մշակութային կազմակերպությունների կապերն ընդլայնող «Ստեղծագործ Եվրոպա» ծրագիրը

Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի կարևորագույն  դրամաշնորհային ծրագրերից մեկը՝ «Ստեղծագործ Եվրոպա»-ն Հայաստանին հնարավորություն կտա համատեղ ծրագրեր իրականացնել եվրոպական մշակութային կազմակերպությունների, հիմնադրամների հետ:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ծրագրի մեկնարկն ազդարարվեց դեկտեմբերի 15-ին Կոմիտասի թանգարան-ինստիտուտում: Միջոցառման ընթացքում հայկական ժողովրդական գործեր կատարեցին  «Շողակն» համույթը և «Աստղիկ» երաժշտական կենտրոնի սաները:

«Մեր երկիրը տարիներ շարունակ բանակցել է Եվրամիության հետ, որպեսզի մենքանդամակցենք ծրագրին: Այս տարի կարողացանք դա անել: Միացել ենք  «Մշակույթ» ենթածրագրին, որը ներառում է մշակույթի բոլոր ճյուղերը, բացառությամբ կինոյի և վիզուալարվեստների:  Դրանք «Մեդիա» ենթածրագրում են»,- նշեց «Ստեղծագործ Եվրոպա»  հայաստանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար Սեդա Գրիգորյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ գաղտնիք չէ, որ Հայաստանում մշակույթի ֆինանսավորումը կախված է պետական բյուջեից, որը սուղ է: «Բյուջեից մշակույթի ոլորտին տրամադրվում է 2 տոկոսից էլպակաս, մինչդեռ մշակույթի արտադրությունը ՀՆԱ-ին ավելացնում է 3, 3 տոկոս, հետևաբար, սա շատ հեռանկարային ոլորտ է ոչ միայն հոգևոր արժեքների, այլև տնտեսության զարգացմանտեսանկյունից: Զարկ տալ մշակութային արտադրությանն ու կապերին, նշանակում է մեծներդրում  ունենալ տնտեսության, երկրի  և պետության զարգացման ու հանրահռչակմանգործում»,- շեշտեց Գրիգորյանը:

ՀՀ մշակույթի փոխնախարար Վահե Բուդումյանը շեշտեց, որ ծրագրին միանալը Հայաստանի մշակութային և ստեղծագործ ոլորտի  կազմակերպություններին թույլ է տալիս միջսահմանային համագործակցություն իրականացնել նույն ոլորտի մի շարք այլ կազմակերպությունների հետ, խթանում է շփումները մշակույթի գործիչների միջև և տրամադրում է դրամաշնորհային ծրագրեր գրականության, թատրոնի ճարտարապետության, երաժշտարվեստի և մի շարք այլ բնագավառներում:

«Ստեղծագործ Եվրոպա»  ծրագիրը եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի շրջանակային ծրագրերից է, որն ուղղված է մշակութային և տեսալսողական ոլորտների աջակցմանը: 2014-2020 թվականներին ծրագիրը նախատեսում է 1,46 մլրդ եվրոյի չափով ֆինանսական աջակցությունտրամադրել  մշակութային և ստեղծարար ոլորտներին՝ ճարտարապետական, արխիվային, գրադարանային և թանգարանային, գեղարվեստական արհեստների, շոշափելի և ոչ նյութականմշակութային ժառանգության, դիզայնի և այլ բնագավառների ամրապնդման և աջակցմանհամար:

Այն բաղկացած է երկու խոշոր ենթածրագրերից՝ մշակույթ և մեդիա: 2018 թվականիցՀայաստանը պաշտոնապես միացել է «Ստեղծագործ Եվրոպա» ծրագրի 
«Մշակույթ» ենթածրագրին:
