ԱԱԾ տնօրեն Արթուր Վանեցյանը հերքում է այն տեղեկությունները, թե ՀՀ քաղաքացի հանդիսացող ջավախահայերին պարտադրում են մեկնել պարտադիր զինվորական ծառայության, այլապես կենթարկվեն ազատազրկման:
Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հարցին, թե ջավախահայերը հայտնում են, որ ՀՀ սահմանից իրենք բերման են ենթարկվում, և ներկայացվում են պահանջներ ծառայության մեկնելու մասին, կամ տեղեկացվում են իրենց սպառնացող ազատազրկման մասին, պատասխանեց Արթուր Վանեցյանը: «Ես պաշտոնապես հերքում եմ այդ տեղեկությունը, նման բան չկա: Մենք դատապարտող կամ բանակ տանող չենք, չկա նման բան, դա արհեստական աղմուկ է»,-ասաց Վանեցյանը:
Դիտարկմանը, թե ջավախահայերը փակել են ճանապարհը, ասում են՝ ձերբակալված անձինք կան, իսկ Վրաստանի խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր Հենզել Մկոյանը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնել է, որ Ջավախքի 5000-ից ավելի երիտասարդներ, որոնք աշխատում են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում, Նոր տարվա նախաշեմին չեն կարողանում վերադառնալ հայրենիք, որովհետև ՀՀ-ի սահման մտնելով՝ նրանց ձերբակալում են և պահանջում, որ գնան բանակ ծառայության, հակառակ դեպքում նրանց սպասվում է 5 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում, Արթուր Վանեցյանն ասաց, որ այդ լուրերը վաղուց են դրվել շրջանառության մեջ:
«Տևական ժամանակ է՝ այդ լուրերը դրվել են շրջանառության մեջ, պարզապես երկու օր առաջ ճանապարհը փակեցին, Բավրայի անցակետը, և աղմուկ բարձրացավ. այդ հարցը մեզ հայտնի է, մենք տեղյակ ենք, նաև գիտեք: Ընդամենը ասեմ, որ ՀՀ-ն երկքաղաքացիության արգելք չի դնում, եթե խնդիր կա, ապա Վրաստանի իշխանությունների հետ է»,-ասաց Վանեցյանը:
Դիտարկմանը, թե խնդիրն այն է, որ ովքեր նախկինում ձեռք են բերել ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն, ըստ ջավախքցիների, այժմ իրենց ՀՀ իրավապահ մարմիններն ասում են, որ քաղաքացիություն ձեռք են բերել կեղծ փաստաթղթերի հիման վրա, օրինակ՝ կեղծ զինգրքույկ, ինչի համար պետք է զորակոչվեն բանակ կամ ենթարկվեն պատասխանատվության, և վրացական կողմն ասում է, որ խնդիրը ՀՀ իշխանությունների հետ է, իսկ ջավախքցիները պատրաստվում են դիմել ՀՀ կառավարությանը, Արթուր Վանեցյանն արձագանքեց. «Ես տեղյակ եմ այդ և այլ հարցերի մասին, պետք չէ ավելորդ խնդիրներ առաջացնել ջավախահայերի համար»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի ուշ հայտնի դարձավ նաև, որ ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանն ընդունել էր Բավրայի անցակետը փակած մի քանի ջավախահայերի:
