Հայկ Մարությանը հանձնարարել է վերանայել հաստիքացուցակները
SOCIETYԵրևանի քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանը Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի և քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության բոլոր կազմակերպությունների հաստիքացուցակները վերանայելու անհրաժեշտություն է տեսնում: Հայկ Մարությանն այդպիսի հանձնարարություն է տվել աշխատանքային հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Հայկ Մարությանը նշել է, որ ոլորտ առ ոլորտ անհրաժեշտ է լիարժեք պատկեր ունենալ աշխատակիցների անվանացանկի ու զբաղեցրած պաշտոնների վերաբերյալ, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա բացահայտելու ու բացառելու բոլոր այն դեպքերը, երբ որոշ կառույցներում գրանցված են մարդիկ, որոնք չեն էլ հաճախում աշխատանքի:
Քաղաքապետին զեկուցել են, որ արդեն իսկ մեկ տասնյակից ավելի կազմակերպություններում իրականացված ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում բազմաթիվ խախտումներ են հայտնաբերվել: Մասնավորապես, պարզվել է, որ մայրաքաղաքում կա դպրոց, որն ունի ինը փոխտնօրեն: Մեկ այլ դպրոցում փոխտնօրենը նաև բանվոր է և կաթսայատան պատասխանատու: Որոշ կազմակերպություններում էլ գրանցված հաստիքներից զբաղեցված է միայն դրանց կեսը, իսկ մնացած հաստիքների գումարը բաշխված է մյուս աշխատակիցների միջև:
«Այսուհետ այս պրակտիկան ավարտվում է: Անուն առ անուն, կոնկրետ ով ինչով է զբաղված՝ ստուգվում է: Ես ձեզ վստահեցնում եմ, հենց սկսեք ստուգել, միանգամից կբացահայտվեն այն հաստիքներն ու անձնավորությունները, որոնք ուղղակի չեն գալիս աշխատանքի: Ակնկալում եմ այստեղ շատ կոնկրետ աշխատանք: Բնականաբար այս գործընթացը ծավալուն է լինելու, բայց պետք է սա անել, որպեսզի եկող տարի մեր այդ բոլոր կազմակերպություններն ավելի լավ աշխատեն: Մենք պետք է բոլոր այն բացակա հաստիքները, որոնք ուղղակի գրված են, և պետությունը գումար է վճարում դրանց համար, լրացնենք: Համոզված եմ, որ այս պարագայում մյուս տարի բոլոր այս կազմակերպություններն ավելի լավ աշխատանք ցույց կտան»,-ընդգծել է Հայկ Մարությանը:
Երևանի քաղաքապետն իր մտահոգությունն է հայտնել մայրաքաղաքի որոշ հատվածներում ճանապարհային նշանների բացակայության կամ ոչ ճիշտ վայրերում տեղադրման առնչությամբ: Երբեմն լինում են դեպքեր, երբ տնտեսվարողների պահանջով դրանք նախատեսված վայրերում չեն տեղակայվում: Քաղաքապետ Մարությանը պատասխանատուներին հանձնարարել է բացառել նման դեպքերը:
«Ինչ-որ տնտեսվարողի քմահաճույքի համար մենք չենք կարող մեր քաղաքացիների անվտանգությունը հարցականի տակ դնել»,- ընդգծել է Հայկ Մարությանը:
Մի շարք ծրագրերի վերաբերյալ քաղաքապետը հանձնարարել է ցուցաբերել սկզբունքային մոտեցում, որպեսզի աշխատանքներն ավարտվեն նախատեսված ժամկետներում:
Խորհրդակցության ժամանակ քաղաքապետին զեկուցվել է, որ ավարտին են մոտենում ամանորյա տոնական ձևավորման և Հանրապետության հրապարակի տոնածառի տեղադրման աշխատանքները: Հայկ Մարությանը բոլորին հրավիրել է դեկտեմբերի 21-ին՝ ժամը 19:30-ին, մասնակցելու Հանրապետության գլխավոր տոնածառի լույսերը վառելու հանդիսավոր արարողությանը:
