Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, մարզաշխարհի ներկայացուցիչներ
Սույն թվականի օգոստոսի 2-ին ՀՀ բռնցքամարտի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահի խախտումներով ընտրություններից հետո ֆեդերացիայի շուրջ առաջացած աղմուկը տևական ժամանակ չէր հանդարտվում:
Հայկական բռնցքամարտի անվանի ներկայացուցիչների բարձրացրած բողոքի պատճառով ԱԻԲԱ-ն (բռնցքամարտի միջազգային միություն) սկսեց օգոստոսի 2-ին կայացած ընտրությունների ուսումնասիրման գործընթաց:
Այժմ քննությունն ավարտվել է, և ցավոք ինչպես կանխատեսել էի, ունենք ցավալի պատկեր: Քննության ավարտից հետո ԱԻԲԱ-ն հրապարակել է հետաքննության արդյունքները (կից ներկայացվում է), որում մասնավորապես նշվում է, որ տվյալ ընտրությունները կազմակերպվել են մի շարք խախտումներով, և չեն համապատասխանում ԱԻԲԱ-ի կանոնադրությանն ու կանոններին:
Այդ իսկ պատճառով ԱԻԲԱ-ն պահանջում է Հայաստանի բռնցքամարտի ֆեդերացիայից հարգել ԱԻԲԱ-ի կանոնադրությունը և անցկացնել նոր ընտրություններ, որոնցում ԱԻԲԱ-ն կնշանակի նաև հատուկ հանձնակատար՝ ընտրությունների ընթացքին հետևելու համար, այլապես Հայաստանի ազգային ֆեդերացիան կհեռացվի բռնցքամարտի միջազգային միությունից:
Ինչպես իմ նախորդ հայտարարություններում այս առիթով նշել էի, մինչև վերոնշյալ քննությունը չավարտվեր, ոչ ոք իրավունք չուներ հանդես գալու վաղաժամ՝ ուստի և դատարկ հայտարարություններով՝ անդառնալի վնաս պատճառելով միջազգային ասպարեզներում Հայաստանի բռնցքամարտի բարի համբավին:
Հաշվի առնելով ԱԻԲԱ-ի որոշումը՝ ըստ որի ՀՀ բռնցքամարտի ֆեդերացիայի ընտրությունները, դրա արդյունքում ընտրված ֆեդերացիայի նախագահը և ողջ կազմը լեգիտիմ չեն՝ ՀԱՕԿ-ը ԱԻԲԱ-ի հետ անմիջապես ձեռնամուխ է լինելու բանակցությունների սկսմանը՝ նոր լեգիտիմ ընտրությունների անցկացման գործընթացի նկատմամբ սահմանելով վերահսկողություն, որպեսզի դրանք անցկացվեն բացառապես ԱԻԲԱ-ի և ազգային ֆեդերացիայի կանոնադրությանն ու կանոններին համապատասխան:
