Անհիմն մեղադրանքներ «Եվրոմոթորս» ընկերության հասցեին. գործադիր տնօրեն Ջաբեր Ալմարզուքին պահանջում է ներողություն խնդրել
SOCIETYՕրերս հայտնի դարձավ, որ «Սմարթ Քոնսթրաքշն» ընկերության տնօրեն Զարուհի Սարգսյանը հաղորդում է տվել ոստիկանություն, որ «Եվրոմոթորս» ընկերությունն արդեն տևական ժամանակ է՝ հրաժարվում է վճարել BMW ավտոսրահի կառուցման համար: Ըստ շինարարությունը կատարած ընկերության՝ խոսքը մոտ մեկ միլիոն դոլարի կամ ավելի կոնկրետ՝ 465 մլն դրամի մասին է:
«Եվրոմոթորս» ընկերության բաժնետեր և գործադիր տնօրեն Ջաբեր Ալմարզուքին, այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 18-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում անդրադառնալով խնդրին, նշեց, որ «Սմարթ Քոնսթրաքշն» ընկերության տնօրեն Զարուհի Սարգսյանը սեփական շահադիտական նպատակներով «Եվրոմոթորս» ընկերության հասցեին անհիմն մեղադրանքներ է հնչեցրել և իրենք ապացույցներ ունեն․ ««Եվրոմոթորս» և «Սմարթ Քոնսթրաքշն» ընկերությունների միջև կնքված համաձայնագրի համաձայն՝ դեռևս 2016 թվականին վերջիններին վճարվել է պայմանագրով նախատեսված ամբողջ՝ 3.285.000 դոլարը։ Մենք շատ լավ գիտենք հայ ժողովրդին, նրանց հյուրընկալությունը և հուսով ենք՝ կլինի նաև արդարացի արդարադատություն։ Մենք Զարուհի Սարգսյանին ասել ենք՝ եթե խնդիր է տեսնում, ապա դիմի համապատասխան մարմիններին, որպեսզի հարցը կարգավորվի, բայց ինքը դիմել է գրեթե բոլոր տեղերը, նախագահների կամ վարչապետների վերահսկողական ծառայություններին, բացի դատարանից։ Մենք ամենևին դեմ չէինք, որպեսզի գային և շինարարական հետազոտություններ կատարեին, արդյուքում պարզ դարձավ, որ «Եվրոմոթորսը» վճարել է բոլոր գումարները։ Մենք տեր ենք կանգնելու մեր արդար իրավունքներին, մեզ համար կարևոր է, որ վերականգնվի արդարությունը»,- նշեց Ալմարզուքին։
Նրա խոսքով՝ իրեն զարմացրել են հատկապես հայաստանյան մամուլի հրապարակումները․ «Մենք ներդրումներ ենք կատարել աշխարհի 7 երկրում, սակայն առաջին դեպքն էր, երբ հանդիպեցի մամուլի գրառման՝ առանց մյուս կողմին լսելու»։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն ընդհանրապես չի միջամտում ընկերության աշխատանքներին, և իր մոտ զարմանք է առաջացնում վերջինիս կողմից՝ նման անվերապահ գործընկերային վստահությունը։
«Եվրոմոթորս» ընկերության ադմինիստրատիվ տնօրեն Աբրահամ Տանակէօզեաննէլ ներկայացրեց ապացույց հանդիսացող բոլոր փաստաթղթերը, ապա նշեց՝ Զարուհի Սարգսյանից պահանջում են հանդես գալ ասուլիսով և ներողություն խնդրել «Եվրոմոթորս» ընկերությունից, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանից և Ջաբեր Ալմարզուքիից։
Տանակէօզեանի խոսքով՝ ըստ փորձագետների կողմից արված եզրակացությունների՝ «Եվրոմոթորսը» ոչ միայն քիչ չի վճարել, այլև մի բան էլ ավել է վճարել, և «Սմարթ Քոնսթրաքշն» ընկերությունը պետք է որոշակի գումար վերադարձնի․ «Եթե դատարանի վճռով ետ վերադարձվեն ծախսված գումարները, մենք պատրաստվում են դրանք նվիրաբերել մանկատներին»,- ընդգծեց նա։
