ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը Սոչիում հանդիպել է Չեխիայի, Իրանի և Կիպրոսի իր գործընկերներին

Դատախազների միջազգային ասոցիացիայի կողմից Կենտրոնական  և Արևելյան Եվրոպայի ու Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրների համար կազմակերպված 7-րդ տարածաշրջանային համաժողովին մասնակցելու նպատակով Սոչիում գտնվող  ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Գևորգ Կոստանյանը մի շարք երկկողմ հանդիպումներ է ունեցել իր գործընկերների հետ:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության լրատվական ծառայությունից, Չեխիայի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Պավել Զեմանի,  Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Խոջաթ օլ Իսլամ Ս. Ի. Ռաիս-Ասսադիտիի և Կիպրոսի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Կոստաս Կլերիդեսի հետ երկկողմ հանդիպումների ընթացքում գլխավոր դատախազները միմյանց շնորհակալություն են հայտնել Եվրոպայի Խորհրդի և ՄԱԿ-ի շրջանակներում կնքված բազմակողմ միջազգային պայմանագրերի հիման վրա քրեական գործերով  տարիների ընթացքում ցուցաբերված իրավական օգնության համար:

Առանձին քննարկվել են երկկողմ հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող և հետագա համագործակցությանը վերաբերվող հարցեր:

ԻԻՀ և  ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազները պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել քրեական գործերով իրավական օգնություն ցույց տալու մասին միջնորդություններն ավելի սեղմ ժամկետներում կատարելու, ինչպես նաև երկու պետությունների դատախազությունների միջև համագործակցության ծրագիր կնքելու մասին:

 Չեխիայի Հանրապետության, Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության և Կիպրոսի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազների հետ երկկողմ հանդիպումների ընթացքում կողմերը միմյանց փոխադարձ այցերի առաջարկ են կատարել:
