Սասուն Միքայելյանն է «աբռաշատ» եղել․ Նորատուսցի Ալիկի ազատության գինը
SOCIETYԻնչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել էինք, երեկ Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Շենգավիթի նստավայրում հրապարակվեց Չարբախում երկու անձի աղմկահարույց սպանության գործով դատավճիռը։ Դատավոր Նելլի Բաղդասարյանի դատավճռով գործով ամբաստանյալ Ալիկ Բանդուրյանը՝ Նորատուսցի Ալիկն արդարացվեց և ազատ արձակվեց դատական նիստերի դահլիճից։ Չարբախցի Գեղամ մականունով հայտնի Պետրոս Իսրայելյանը դատապարտվեց 4 տարվա ազատազրկման, սակայն համաներմամբ ազատվեց պատժի կողմից, իսկ Բդո մականվամբ հայտնի Արմեն Գասպարյանը նույնպես ազատ արձակվեց։
Աղմկահարույց սպանության գործով անցնող քրեական հեղինակություններին ազատ արձակելու դատարանի որոշումը մի շարք հարցեր է առաջ բերել։ Ի դեպ հասարակական արձագանքը բոլորովին այլ կլիներ, եթե Նորատուսցի Արան ու մյուսները դատարանի դահլիճից ազատ արձակվեին նախկին իշխանությունների օրոք։
Irakanum.am-ին հայտնի է դարձել, որ քրեական հեղինակություններին ճաղերից այս կողմ տեսնելու գործում մեծ դերակատարություն է ունեցել ԱԺ պատգամավոր Սասուն Միքայելյանը։ Վերջինս, հիշեցնենք տարեսզկբին էր նախաձեռնել ստորագրահավաք, որպեսզի փոխվեր Ալիկ Բանդուրյանը՝ Նորատուսցի Ալիկը ազատ արձակվեր։
Նորատուսցի Ալիկը դատարանի դահլիճից դուրս գալուց առաջ հայտարարել էր․ «Մալադեց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին»։ Տեղեկությունների համաձայն Սասուն Միքայելյանն է հերթական անգամ «աբռաշատ» եղել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, որ քրեական հեղինակությունները վայելեն ձմեռային արեւը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2016 թ. նոյեմբերի 13-ին Չարբախում գործող «Լիա» գեղեցկության սրահի նկուղային հարկում կրակոցներ են հնչել, որի հետեւանքով 25-ամյա Գեւորգ Ավետիսյանը տեղում մահացել է, իսկ հրազենային վիրավորում ստացած 35-ամյա Արամ Պետրոսյանն ու 38-ամյա Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանը տեղափոխվել էին «Սուրբ Աստվածամայր» բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ եւ Մուշեղ Մուշեղյանը մահացել է:
