ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և ՏՏ ն ախարարի պաշտոնակատարը այցելել է սահմանամերձ Մովսես - Չորաթան – Նորաշեն համայնքներ

Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ Մովսես - Չորաթան – Նորաշեն համայնքների բնակիչները համոզված են, որ այսուհետ իրենց կենցաղն ու ապրելակերպն ավելի բարեկեցիկ կդառնա։ Տասնամյակներ ի վեր չնորոգված այս գյուղերն իրար կապող ու միջպետական ճանապարհին միացնող 5,6 կմ երկարությամբ ճանապարհահատվածը նորոգվել ու բարեկարգվել է ՀՀ կառավարության և Համաշխարհային բանկի (ՀԲ) կողմից իրականացվող Կենսական նշանակության ճանապարհացանցի բարելավման ծրագրի լրացուցիչ ֆինանսավորման շրջանակներում։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական
տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, վերականգնվել են նաև դեպի դպրոց ու մանկապարտեզ տանող ճանապարհները։
Չորաթան համայնքում ամբողջ գյուղով էին պատրաստվել դիմավորելու կատարված աշխատանքներին տեղում ծանոթանալու եկած ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Հակոբ Արշակյանին, ճանապարհաշինարարներին, հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքների պատասխանատուներին։
Ծրագրի շրջանակներում այս ճանապարհահատվածն ասֆալտապատվել է, հիմնովին վերակառուցվել է ջրահեռացման համակարգը, ճանապարհի 162-րդ կմ-ում գտնվող կամուրջը, կառուցվել են միաձույլ բետոնե և գաբիոնային շարվածքով հենապատեր, նոր մայթեր, իջատեղեր և մուտքեր, տեղադրվել են ճանապարհային նշաններ, արհեստական անհարթություններ, կատարվել են նշագծումներ։
Կենսական նշանակության ճանապարհացանցի բարելավման ծրագրի շրջանակներում հիմնանորոգվել է նաև Տավուշի մարզի հանրապետական նշանակության Բերդ – Այգեձոր - Չինարի ավելի քան 4,5 կմ երկարությամբ ճանապարհահատվածը, որը միջպետական ճանապարհի հետ է կապում Նորաշեն - Արծվաբերդ գյուղական համայնքները։
Նորաշենցիներն ու արծվաբերդցիները նախարարի պաշտոնակատարին դիմավորեցին համայնքի մուտքի մոտ՝ հիմնանորոգված ճանապարհի սկզբնամասում։
Նրանք էլ համոզված են, որ նոր ճանապարհը դրական ազդեցություն է ունենալու գյուղերի զարգացման համար։
Հիմնանորոգված ճանապարհը նոր հույսեր է արթնացրել սահմանամերձ այս բնակավայրերում։ Արծվաբերդի վարչական ղեկավար Օնիկ Բալյանը փաստում է նաև շինարարների արագ, որակով ու պատասխանատու մոտեցումն իրենց կատարած աշխատանքին։
Իսկ վարորդների համար քարուքանդ ճանապարհին փոխարինած ասֆալտապատ ուղին երկար սպասված երազանք էր, որը հիմա իրականություն է դարձել։
Մինչև վերականգնումը՝ քայքայված այս ճանապարհը չուներ նաև բավարար ջրահեռացման համակարգ, չկային ճանապարհային նշաններ ու նշագծումներ։
Ծրագրի շրջանակներում կատարվել է ասֆալտապատում, վերականգնվել է ջրահեռացման համակարգը, կառուցվել են նոր մայթեր, տեղադրվել են ճանապարհային նշաններ, կատարվել են նշագծումներ։
Նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Հակոբ Արշակյանը, կարևորելով հատկապես սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի ճանապարհների բարեկարգման անհրաժեշտությունը, ընդգծեց ճանապարհաշինական աշխատանքներում բարձր որակ ապահովելու անհրաժեշտությունը.
Տավուշի մարզի սահմանամերձ այս բնակավայրերի համար կենսական նշանակություն ունեցող ճանապարհահատվածների հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքների մեկնարկը տրվել էր այս տարվա մարտի 23-ին, աշխատանքների ավարտը նախատեսված էր նոյեմբերի վերջին։
Ճանապարհների վերականգնման աշխատանքներն իրականացնող «Արարատ-Ճանշին» և «Տավուշի ՃՇՇ» ընկերությունների ճանապարհաշինարարները պատասխանատվությամբ են մոտեցել իրենց առջև դրված խնդրին, աշխատանքներն ավարտել են որակով և նախանշված ժամկետի շրջանակներում։
