Կարմիր ճակնդեղ
Կարմիր ճակնդեղը՝ օրգանիզմի համար մեկ մաքրող միջոցն է։ Առաջին հերթին ճակնդեղի բաղադրության մեջ կա՝ ցելյուլոզա (սննդային թելիկներ), պղինձ, ֆոսֆոր, վիտամին C և մի ամբողջ շարք օգտակար թթուներ, որոնք բարելավվում են մարսողությունը և սպանում աղիքներում գտնվող փտող բջիջները։ Բացի այդ ճակնդեղի մեջ կա «բետային», որը օգնում է լյարդին ազատվել տոքսիներից։ Ինչպես նաև ճակնդեղը ունակ է երիտասարդացնել օրգանիզմը, շնորհիվ իր ֆոլաթթուների։

Սխտոր
Ավելի քան 400 օգտակար նյութեր կան ընդամենը 1 սխտորի մեջ։ Այդ նյութերը մաքրում են անոթները, նվազեցնում են արյան մեջ խոլեստերինի մակարդակը և վերացնում են ուղեղի քաղցկեղի պատճառները։ Սխտորի մեջ պարունակող նյութերը վերացնում են ստամոքսի խոցի պատճառը՝ հելիկոբակտերը։ Վերացնում է ճիճուները և թոքախտը։
