Երևի շատերին է հետաքրքրում, թե ինչի համար է պետք համակարգչի ստեղնաշարի վերին շարքը:

Հավանաբար, դուք այդ ստեղներից չեք էլ օգտվում, սակայն՝ իզուր: Նկատի ունեցեք, որ այս ստեղների համակցությունը կախված է համակարգչի մոդելից, սակայն դուք կարող եք փոխել վերջիններիս կարգավորումները:

Եթե ձեզ մոտ ոչինչ չի ստացվում, ապա բացեք կարգավորումներ բաժինը և փորձեք հասկանալ, թե խնդիրն ինչումն է: Պետք է նշենք, նաև, որ այս ստեղների նշանակությունը, գրեթե, բոլոր համակարգիչների դեպքում նույնն է:

Իսկ հիմա փորձենք հասկանալ F-ի նշանակությունը.

            F1:

  • Windows ստեղնի հետ սեղմելով` բացում է տեղեկությունների ուղեցույցը
  • Թաքցնում կամ ցույց է տալիս Excel-ի և Word-ի գործողությունների ժապավենը` Ctrl ստեղնի հետ սեղմելու դեպքում

            F2:

  • Alt + Ctrl + F2 —բացում է փաստաթղթերի պահոցը Microsoft Office-ում.
  • Վերանվանում է ֆայլը կամ թղթապանակը Windows Explorer-ի համար.

           F3:

  • Բացում է որոնումները Windows Explorer-ում
  • Shift + F3 փոխում է Word գրանցումները (մեծատառեր/փոքրատառեր)
  • Բացում է որոնումները Firefox և Chrome դիտարկիչներում

          F4:

  • Alt + F4 — փակում է պատուհանը
  • Տեղափոխում է կուրսորը Explorer բաժնի հասցեի տողում

           F5:

  • Միացնում է սլայդ- ցուցադրությունները PowerPoint բաժնում
  • Թարմացնում է դիտարկիչի էջը
  • Բացում է «Գտնում և փոխարինում է» Microsoft Office բաժնում

           F6:

  • Անցնում է Microsoft Word-ի բաժանված էկրանի հաջորդ էջ
  • Ctrl + F6 —անցում է Word- փաստաթղթերին

F7:

  • Alt + F7 — քերականության և ուղղագրության ստուգում Microsoft Word-ում
  • Shift + F7 — բացում է հանրագիտարանը Microsoft Word-ում

           F8:

  • Միացնում է ընդլայնման ռեժիմը Excel-ում
  • Միացնում է անվտանգ ռեժիմը Windows-ում

           F9:

  • Ctrl + F9 — մուտքագրում է դատարկ դաշտը Word-ում
  • Թարմացնում է Word-ը

            F10:

  • Բացում է բառացանկերի ուղեցույցը
  • Ctrl + F10 — ընդլայնում է Word-ի պատուհանը
  • Shift + F10 — նույնն է, ինչ սեղմեք մկնիկի աջ կոճակը

           F11:

  • Միացնում/անջատում է ամբողջական էկրանի ռեժիմը դիտարկիչում
  • Shift + F11 — ավելացնում է նոր թերթիկ Excel-ում

          F12:

  • Բացում է «պահպանել որպես…» Word-ում
  • Shift + F12 — պահպանում է Word-ի փաստաթուղթը
  • Ctrl + F12 — բացում է Word-ի փաստաթուղթ
