 Հայաստանի պետական տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի ռեկտորատի նիստով, որին ներկա էր նաև Կրթության և գիտության նախարարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, Տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի ռեկտորի պաշտոնում որպես ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար է նշանակվել Կառավարման ամբիոնի վարիչի ժ/պ, տնտեսագիտության դոկտոր, հանրապետության ամենաերիտասարդ պրոֆեսոր Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանը:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝  ուսանողական խորհուրդը բուհի ողջ ուսանողության անունից շնորհակալություն է հայտնում արդեն նախկին ռեկտոր Կորյուն Աթոյանին համատեղ կատարված հսկայածավալ աշխատանքի համար և սրտանց շնորհավորում ռեկտորի նոր պաշտոնակատարին պատասխանատու պաշտոնի ստանձնման առթիվ՝ մաղթելով արգասաբեր աշխատանք:

Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք Ռուբեն Հայրապետյանի կենսագրությունը:

Ծնվել է 1987 թ. մարտի 25-ին Երևանում:

2002-2007 թթ. սովորել է Երևանի պետական տնտեսագիտական ինստիտուտի կառավարման ֆակուլտետի կառավարում բաժնում և գերազանցությամբ ավարտել այն:

2007 թ. ընդունվել է Հայաստանի պետական տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի առկա ուսուցմամբ ասպիրանտուրան և վաղաժամ ավարտել 2009 թ.՝ հաջողությամբ պաշտպանելով թեկնածուական ատենախոսությունը և ստանալով տնտեսագիտության թեկնածուի գիտական աստիճան:

2008-2009 թթ. աշխատել է «Էլոլա» ՓԲԸ-ում (կաթնամթերքի արտադրություն) որպես տնօրենի տեղակալ:

2009-2011 թթ. աշխատել է «Գորիս կաթ» ՍՊԸ-ում՝ որպես փոխտնօրեն: 2009-2012 թթ. զուգահեռաբար աշխատել է ՀՊՏՀ կառավարման ամբիոնում՝ որպես ասիստենտ:

2011 թ. ավարտել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդի քաղաքական դասընթացների երևանյան դպրոցը (Երևան/Ստրասբուրգ): 2011 թ. ավարտել է նաև Քաղաքական դասընթացների մոսկովյան դպրոցը (Մոսկվա):

Որպես փորձագետ` ակտիվորեն hամագործակցում է պետական կառավարման և տեղական ինքնակառավարման ոլորտներում գործունեություն ծավալող հասարակական կազմակերպությունների, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների, ինչպես նաև պետական կառույցների հետ: Մասնակցել է կառավարման և տնտեսագիտության ոլորտներում տեղական և միջազգային մի քանի տասնյակ գիտաժողովների, սեմինարների և համաժողովների: Ղեկավարում է մի շարք գիտահետազոտական նախագծեր՝ ինչպես պետական, այնպես էլ մասնավոր: «Համայնքների ֆինանսիստների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպության վարչության անդամ է:
Թեկնածուական ատենախոսության պաշտպանությունից հետո զբաղվել է ակտիվ գիտական ու մանկավարժական գործունեությամբ և 2013 թ. արժանացել է դոցենտի գիտական կոչման:

2015 թ. պաշտպանել է դոկտորական ատենախոսությունը և ստացել տնտեսագիտության դոկտորի գիտական աստիճան:

2018 թ. ՀՀ բարձրագույն որակավորման կոմիտեի որոշմամբ արժանացել է պրոֆեսորի գիտական կոչման:

2018 թ. Հայաստանի պետական տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի կառավարման ամբիոնի վարիչն է:

Հեղինակ է շուրջ 50 գիտական հրապարակումների, հեղինակել և համահեղինակել է 10 մենագրություն, 2 ուսումնական ձեռնարկ և 1 դասագիրք:

2018 թ. սեպտեմբերի 23-ին կայացած Երևանի ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրությունների արդյունքում «Իմ քայլը» կուսակցությունների դաշինքի համամասնական ցուցակով ընտրվել է Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու անդամ:
