Գյումրու ավագանին հաստատեց 2019 թվականի բյուջեն
SOCIETYԳյումրու ավագանին դեկտեմբերի 20-ի արտահերթ նիստի ժամանակ հաստատեց Գյումրու 2019 թվականի բյուջեն: Բյուջեի կազմման համար հիմք հանդիսացել է համայնքի զարգացման 2017-2021 թվականների զարգացման ծրագիրը:
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ Գյումրու հաջորդ տարվա բյուջեն կազմում է 3 մլրդ 584 մլն 873 հազար դրամ, որն ավելին է 2018-ի ճշգրտված բյուջեից: Ընթացիկ տարի համայնքի բյուջեն կազմել է 3 միլիարդ 470 միլիոն 200 հազար դրամ: Ի տարբերություն 2018 թվականի, 2019-ին կավելանա պետական դոտացիայի չափը շուրջ 150 միլիոն դրամով: 2019-ին պետական միջոցներից Գյումրիին հատկացվելու է 2 մլրդ 155 մլն 507 հազար դրամ դոտացիա:
Գյումրու գլխավոր ֆինանսիստ Լենա Ջիլավյանը փաստեց, որ բյուջեի նախագիծը կազմվել է կանխատեսվող եկամուտների եւ ծախսերի հիման վրա.
«Բյուջեի նախագծում ծախսերը, եկամուտները հիմնավոր են, ունեն իրենց իրավական հիմքերն ու բովանդակությունը: 2019 թվականի հունվարին արդեն կներկայացվեն ճշտված տվյալները: 2019 թվականի սեփական եկամուտների տեսակարար կշիռը ընդհանուր բյուջեի մեջ կկազմի 39,4 տոկոս»:
Մինչ ավագանու հաստատումը բյուջեն ներկայացվել էր հանրային քննարկման: Բյուջեի նախագիծն աննշան փոփոխություններ կրել էր քննարկումներից հետո:
