Արարատի մարզպետը հորդորում է շինաշխատանքների մրցույթներում չառաջնորդվել խնամի-ծանոթ-բարեկամ կապով

Արարատի մարզպետ Գարիկ Սարգսյանը դեկտեմբերի 20-ին տեղի ունեցած մարզխորհրդի նիստին անդրադարձավ մարզի համայնքներում շինարարական աշխատանքներ իրականացնող ընկերություններին սուբյեկտիվ ընթացակարգով ընտրելու գործելաոճին, և հորդորեց այսուհետ չառաջնորդվել խնամի-ծանոթ-բարեկամ կապով: Նա հորդորեց մրցույթներն անցկացնել արդար, առավել ևս, որ այսուհետ մարզպետարանի ներկայացուցիչները, մարզպետի որոշմամբ, ներկա են լինելու բոլոր մրցույթներին ու իրականացնելու են ամենօրյա հսկողություն։
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս տարվա ինը ամիսների ընթացքում Արարատի մարզում պետական ֆինանսավորմամբ իրականացվող շինաշխատանքների մասին զեկույցով հանդես եկավ մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի քաղաքաշինության վարչության պետ Լևոն Գրիգորյանը՝ անդրադառնալով նաև շինարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման ընթացքում հաճախ հանդիպող բացթողումներին:
Խոսելով համայնքներում աղբահանության մասին՝ Գրիգորյանն այս ոլորտում արդյունավետ աշխատանք իրականացնելու և ձեռքբերումներ արձանագրելու համար համայնքների ղեկավարներին առաջարկեց կազմակերպել շաբաթօրյակներ ու աշխատանք տանել ազգաբնակչության հետ։
Տարեսկզբին մարզի տարբեր համայնքներում արձանագրված կարկտահարության և ցրտահարության հետևանքով առավելապես վնաս կրած համայնքներին ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից հատկացված դրամական փոխհատուցման վերաբերյալ հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ Արարատի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի գյուղատնտեսության և բնապահպանության վարչության պետ Հայկազ Տերտերյանը:
«Համայնքների հողօգտագործողները փոխհատուցումը կարող են ստանալ իրենց փոստային բաժանմունքներից»,- նշեց նա: Մարզի համայնքների բյուջեների 11 ամիսների եկամուտների կատարողականի, հավաքագրման ուղղությամբ ունեցած ձեռքբերումների և թերացումների մասին խոսեց Արարատի մարզպետարանի ֆինանսական և սոցիալական ապահովության վարչության պետ Գուրգեն Եղիազարյանը: Նա համայնքապետերին հորդորեց մինչև տարեվերջ լրացնել բացթողումներն ու ապահովել բարձր ցուցանիշներ։
Օրակարգի վերջին հարցը վերաբերել է 2018թ-ի 4-րդ եռամսյակում մարզի համայնքներում մարզպետի կողմից իրականացված իրավական և մասնագիտական հսկողության արդյունքներին, որն ըստ համայնքների ու բնագավառների, ներկայացրեց տեղական ինքնակառավարման և հանրապետական գործադիր մարմինների հարցերով վարչության գլխավոր մասնագետ Հասմիկ Դանիելյանը: Նա խոսեց մարզի 30 համայնքներում իրականացված հսկողության արդյունքների, հայտնաբերված խախտումների և դրանց վերացման ուղղությամբ իրականացված աշխատանքների մասին:
