27 ամյա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել զգալի չափերի գողություն կատարելու համար
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է պահեստարան կամ շինություն ապօրինի մուտք գործելով զգալի չափերի գողություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 27 ամյա երիտասարդի:
Իրականացված բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ քննությամբ պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների համաձայն՝ Աշտարակ քաղաքի` 1991 թվականին ծնված բնակիչը, դուրս գալով Նորագավիթ և Աշտարակ խճուղում գտնվող սուպերմարկետից, նկատել է, որ առևտրի կենտրոնի մոտ կայանված մեքենայի պատուհանը կիսաբաց է, և մեքենայի ղեկային կառավարման ցուցիչների դիմաց դրված է գումար: Տեսնելով այդ` վերցրել է այնտեղ դրված զգալի չափերի գումարն ու հեռացել:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ 27-ամյա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն՝ չհեռանալու մասին:
Հայտարարվել է քրեական գործի նախաքննության ավարտի մասին, և քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
