INTERNATIONAL NEWSԵվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Դոնալդ Տուսկը և Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ժան Կլոդ Յունկերը համատեղ ուղերձ են հղել ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ դեկտեմբերի 9-ին կայացած արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում հաղթանակի կապակցությամբ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, վկայակոչելով ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ պատվիրակության «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի էջը, ուղերում, մասնավորապես, ասված է.
«Ձերդ գերազանցություն, ցանկանում ենք շնորհավորել ս.թ. դեկտեմբերի 9-ին Հայաստանում խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ժամանակ Ձեր քաղաքական դաշինքի հաղթանակի կապակցությամբ: Ընտրություններն անցկացվեցին հիմնարար ազատությունների հարգանքի պայմաններում և վայելում են հանրային լայն վստահություն: Դուք Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներից ստացել եք բարեփոխումներ կատարելու ուժեղ մանդատ: Եվրոպական միությունը պատրաստ է աջակցել Ձեզ բարեփոխումների օրակարգի իրականցման գործում: ԵՄ-Հայաստան Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված համաձայնագիրը, որը պայմանականորեն կիրառվում է 2018թ. հուլիսի 1-ից, ամուր շրջանակ է ապահովում մեր համագործակցության համար և հավակնոտ ծրագիր՝ բարեփոխումների համար: Համաձայնագիրը նաև աջակցություն կտրամադրի դիմակայուն սոցիալ-տնտեսական համակարգ ունենալուն, որն անհրաժեշտ է Հայաստանի բարեկեցության կառուցման համար: Ի բարօրություն Հայաստանի բոլոր քաղաքացիների՝ ակնկալում ենք համատեղ աշխատել համաձայնագրի իրականացման ուղղությամբ: Ավելի լայն, տարածաշրջանային համատեքստում, հուսով ենք, որ Հայաստանը կշարունակի համագործակցությունը Արևելյան գործընկերության շրջանակներում, որը 2019թ. կնշի իր գործունեության տասնամյակը: Լիահույս ենք նաև, որ նոր թափով կշարունակեք ջանքերը տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և անվտանագության հաստատման ուղղությամբ:
