Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար անակնկալ է եղել Մանվել Գրիգորյանին գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակելու դատարանի որոշումը
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չգիտի, թե ինչ հիմնավորումներով է դատարանը ԱԺ պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանին 25 միլիոն դրամ գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակելու որոշում կայացրել: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Վանաձորում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարն ընդգծեց, որ հասկանում է այն մարդկանց, ովքեր իրենց բողոքն են արտահայտում Մանվել Գրիգորյանին գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակելու որոշման դեմ:
«Ես հասկանում եմ մարդկանց դժգոհությունը: Անկեղծ ասած՝ ես չգիտեմ, թե դատարանը ինչ հիմնավորումներով է այդ որոշումը կայացրել, երբ հասանելի կլինի այդ որոշումը, կծանոթանամ, բայց կարծիք էլի չեմ հայտնի»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:
Նա շեշտեց, որ իր կարծիքն այն է, որ քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը ամեն դեպքում պետք է շուտափույթ ավարտվի, դատաքննություն տեղի ունենա՝ դրանից բխող բոլոր հետևանքներով:
Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե նորմա՞լ է համարում, որ Էջմիածնում բողոքի ակցիաներ են՝ ընդդեմ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակելու որոշման՝ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ բողոքի ակցիա իրականացնելը քաղաքացիների իրավունքն է:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նաև նշեց, որ իր համար դատարանի որոշումն անակնկալ է եղել:
Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Դավիթ Բալայանը բավարարել է Ազգային Ժողովի պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանի պաշտպանական կողմի միջնորդությունը. նա ազատ է արձակվել 25 միլիոն դրամի գրավի դիմաց:
Մանվել Գրիգորյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով՝ ապօրինի կերպով ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու և այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ պահելու համար, ինչպես նաև քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ մի խումբ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ յուրացման եղանակով իր վստահությանը հանձնված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով ուրիշի գույք հափշտակելու համար:
Հունիսի 16-ին Մանվել Գրիգորյանը ձերբակալվել է, ապա՝ հունիսի 19-ին, Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորների քվեարկությամբ, զրկվել պատգամավորական անձեռնմխելիությունից ու դատարանի որոշմամբ կալանավորվել:
Կալանքի տակ գտնվելու ընթացքում պատգամավորի պաշտպանները բազմիցս բարձրաձայնել են նրա առողջական խնդիրների մասին՝ նշելով, որ իրենց պաշտպանյալի կյանքին վտանգ է սպառնում:
