Մանվել Գրիգորյանին ազատ արձակելու որոշման դեմ բողոքող քաղաքացիները ժամը 16։30-ին կբացեն Երևան-Էջմիածին ճանապարհը
SOCIETYԱզգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Մանվել Գրիգորյանին 25 միլիոն դրամ գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակելու որոշման դեմ բողոքող էջմիածինցիները ժամը 16։30 սահմաններում Երևան-Էջմիածին ճանապարհը կբացեն, իսկ դեկտեմբերի 23-ին կշարունակեն բողոքի գործողությունները:
«Վաղը ժամը 11։00-ին շարունակելու ենք մեր պայքարը։ Մենք չենք թողնելու ոչինչ այսպես։ Այն դատավորը, որը վճիռը կայացրել է, պետք է հստակ պատասխան տա։ Մենք օրենքի շրջանակներում շարունակելու ենք պայքարել Մանվել Գրիգորյանի կալանավորման, մեր երկրի արդարադատության համակարգի փոփոխության, նորոգման, հետագայում նմանատիպ նախադեպերը կանխելու համար»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցներից մեկը։
Բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցները պահանջում են կրկին կալանավորել Մանվել Գրիգորյանին, ինչպես նաև զրկել նրան գեներալի կոչումից:
ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը վերաքննիչ բողոք կներկայացնի Ազգային Ժողովի պատգամավոր, ԵԿՄ նախկին նախագահ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին գրավի դիմաց կալանքից ազատ արձակելու վերաբերյալ առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշման դեմ։
