«Օղակ» օպերացիայի քաղաքական տարբերակը

Հայաստանի շուրջ տեղի ունեցող զարգացումները կայծակնային արագություն են ձեռք բերում: Շատ դժվար է անգամ դրանք դասակարգելը: Հիմնական ուղղությունը Ռուսաստան-Հայաստան «երկխոսությունն» է: Ակնհայտ է` մինչ այս «համբերատար» սպասող, ՀԱՊԿ-ի, «շոգ եղանակների», դրանից առաջ, նույն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի բնորոշմամբ, ապրիլյան պատերազմի հրահրող ՌԴ համբերության բաժակը լի ու լի լցվել է: Ու բոլոր մակարդակներում դեմարշ է սկսվել Փաշինյանի իշխանության` իրականում Հայաստանի դեմ:
Օրերս դիվանագիտության մեծ գիտակ Սերգեյ Լավրովը կրկին մտել է խաղի մեջ ու ուղղակի հասկացրել հայկական կողմին իրենց հետ խաղեր չտալ, այլ զինվորականների մուտք` կոնկրետ դեպքում Հայաստանում առկա կենսալաբորատորիաներ, չթույլատրել: Լավրովի հայտարարությունից հետո նրա տեղակալ Գրիգորի Կարասինը, երկրորդելով շեֆին, խիստ «հանրամատչելի» բացատրեց, թե ինչ զինվորականների մասին է խոսքը. Նա կարծում է, որ Հայաստանը պետք է իր մեջ ուժ գտնի` դեմ կանգնելու ամերիկյան-«բոլթոնյան» ճնշումներին. «Եթե այդպես հրապարակավ են ճնշում Փաշինյանին, ապա կուլիսներում ինչե՜ր են արվում»,- եզրակացրել է Կարասինը:
Այս ամենին զուգահեռ հատկանշական է ընդգծել ևս մի կարևոր դրվագ. ՀԱՊԿ անդամ երկրների բոլոր ներկայացուցիչներն ընդդեմ Փաշինյանի մեծ ու յուրահատուկ պարտիա են սկսել, չգիտես ինչու, հենց հիմա` իրար հետևից հավաստելով, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ում պաշտպանում են Բելառուսի թեկնածուին: Իսկ թե ինչ բառամթերքով է խոսում Լուկաշենկոն Փաշինյանի մասին, ուղղակի նոնսենս է հայոց նորագույն պատմության մեջ: Եվ ընդհանրապես` արտաքին քաղաքական հարաբերությունների պատմությունում: Եվ այս ֆոնին թերևս ամենակարևորի մասին. օրերս հայրենի թերթերից մեկը տեղեկատվական արտահոսք տվեց այն մասին, ըստ որի՝ պարզվում է` Ռուսաստանն արդեն իսկ դիմել է հայկական կողմին` գազի հայտով, ցանկանալով սակագինը դարձնել 215 դոլար կամ որ նույնն է` թանկացնել 30 տոկոսով (չնայած փոխվարչապետը թեթևակի հերքում ներկայացրեց, սակայն այն բավականին ի միջի այլոց էր): Երեսուն տոկոս գազի թանկացումը` երեսուն տոկոսով թանկացում է ենթադրում կյանքի բոլոր ոլորտներում:
Եթե այս ամենին հավելենք նախիջևանյան թևում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումները, ու դրանց կողքին դնում Ադրբեջանից բավականին բարձր մակարդակով հնչող հայտարարությունները, նկատում ես, որ լուրջ աղեղ է ձգվում Հայաստանի շուրջը:
