ՀՀ ոստիկանապետը հանձնարարել է ակտիվացնել բնակարանային գողությունների կանխարգելման աշխատանքները
SOCIETYՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը դեկտեմբերի 23-ին աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության ու ենթակա ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարների հետ, որտեղ հանձնարարել է գործնական քայլեր ձեռնարկել՝ ակտիվացնելով հանցագործությունների կանխարգելման աշխատանքները։
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից, հաղորդագրության մեջ նաև նշված է. «Խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցում էին նաև ոստիկանության կենտրոնական վարչակազմի ներկայացուցիչներ։
Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը, վերլուծելով վերջին ամիսներին արձանագրված հանցագործությունների շարժընթացը, ընդգծեց, որ դրանց կանխման ու բացահայտումը միայն քրեական հետախուզության ուսերին չէ, ուստի արտաքին ծառայության պատասխանատուներին հանձնարարեց՝ գործնական քայլեր ձեռնարկել՝ ակտիվացնելով կանխարգելիչ աշխատանքները։
Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը առանձնահատուկ կարևորեց բնակարանային գողությունների կանխումն ու բացահայտումը։ Կանխարգելման աշխատանքների արդյունավետության բարձրացման առումով հանձնարարեց ակտիվացնել գիշերային շրջիկ ծառայությունները։ Բացահայտման արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու նպատակով էլ ոստիկանության պետը հանձնարարեց անկաշկանդ օգտագործել օրենքով ոստիկանությանը վերապահված լիազորությունները, օպերատիվ-հետախուզական գործունեության շրջանակներում իրականացնել համապատասխան միջոցառումներ։
Խորհրդակցության ավարտին Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը և՛ տեղակալներին, և՛ ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարներին խիստ հրահանգեց՝ նույնիսկ առանց հանգստի աշխատել՝ կարճ ժամանակում տեսանելի արդյունքներ արձանագրելու համար։
