Գյումրու քաղաքապետի խոսքով՝ իր աշխատանքը նախորդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովի գյումրեցի պատգամավորների հետ չի ստացվել

 Գյումրու քաղաքապետը հավաստում է, որ հրաժարական կարող է տալ միայն հանրային պահանջի դեպքում: Լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ Գյումրու  քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը,  անդրադառնալով իր  հրաժարականի մասին պարբերաբար  շրջանառվող լուրերին, նշեց, թե ինքն արժանապատիվ մարդ է,  հասարակության պահանջի դեպքում չի բացառի հրաժարականը, բայց այս պահին այդ պահանջը  չկա: «Հիմա մարդիկ շատ մեծ ախորժակ ունեն, որ իրենք քաղաքապետ լինեն, հիմա դնում, գրում են տարբեր կայքերով։ Վեց ամիս առաջ էր ինձ հարց տվեցին, ես հստակ ասացի՝ եթե կա քաղաքական պահանջ, էս պահին կգրեմ, դուրս կգամ, հենց էս պահին, ես աթոռից կառչած չեմ։ Ես արժանապատիվ մարդ եմ։ Ես շատ գործ ունեմ անելու: Խնդիրն այս պահին չեմ տեսնում, որ հարցը բարձրացնեն:  Այսօր «քաղաքապետացուներ» քաղաքում շատ կան, հիմի պետք չէ ուղղակի ուշադրություն դարձնել։ Նոր իշխանությունները ադեկվատ մարդիկ են, շատ լավ միասին աշխատում ենք։ Հենց հանրային պահանջ եղավ, որ ես պիտի գնամ, հենց առաջին պահանջի ժամանակ դիմումս կգրեմ ու կասեմ՝ շատ շնորհակալ եմ, շարունակեք ձեր աշխատանքը»,-նշեց Սամվել Բալասանյանը: 

 

Սամվել Բալասանյանը նաև անկեղծացավ՝ նախորդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովի Գյումրիից ընտրված պատգամավորների հետ իր աշխատանքը չի ստացվել: «Նախորդների հետ ես չկարողացա աշխատել՝ չկարողացա, ուղղակի, որովհետև իրենք մեզ հետ չէին աշխատում: Հիմա տեսնենք, ովքեր կլինեն պատգամավոր, իրենց հետ աշխատենք, որ Գյումրու խնդիրները բարձրացնեն»,- նշել է Սամվել Բալասանյանը:
