Սանկտպետերբուրգցի սպա Վիկտոր Ալեքսանդրովը որպես ՌԴ քաղաքացի սոցցանցի միջոցով ներողամտություն է հայցել գյումրեցի Ջուլիետա Ղուկասյանի սպանության համար: Նրա գրառման մեջ ասված է.

«Գյումրի: Նոր արյուն.

Բազմաչարչար Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցավ նոր սարսափելի պատահար. կին է սպանվել: Սպանությունը կատարելու մեջ մեղադրվում է ՌԴ 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի զինծառայողը:

Մեր 2 պայմանագրայինները շուկայում մարդ են սպանում, հայ երեխաները պայթում են մեր ականների վրա, մի քանի ամիս ծառայած մեր զինվորը սպանում է մի ողջ ընտանիք: Սա մեր զինվորների կողմից կատարած չարագործությունների ոչ ամբողջական ցանկն է: Եվ մինչ այժմ կազմակերպչական ոչ մի եզրակացություն չի արվել:

ՌԴ հարգարժա՛ն պաշտոնյաներ, Հայաստանը մեր ջարդարարների հրաձգարանը չէ, մենք այնտեղ հյուր ենք, բայց հյուրն իրեն այդպես չի պահում: Դադարե՛ք ծիծաղել հայ ժողովրդի վրա: Հայերը մեր թերևս միակ ու հավատարիմ դաշնակիցներն են:

Ես սպա եմ, ուսադիրներս չեմ հանում արդեն 22 տարի, բայց ես ամաչում եմ իմ կոչումից, երբ նման նորություններ եմ կարդում: Մենք այնտեղ պետք է պաշտպանենք եղբայրական հայ ժողովրդին և ոչ թե սպանենք:

Քանի որ պաշտոնատար անձանցից չի ստացվել ոչ մի հստակ պաշտոնական ներողություն, ապա դա ե՛ս եմ անում՝ որպես ՌԴ քաղաքացի:

Հայտնում եմ իմ անկեղծ ներողությունն ու ցավակցությունը սպանված կնոջ ընտանիքին: Պահանջում եմ, որ կասկածյալը դատարանի կողմից մեղքն ապացուցվելու դեպքում իր պատիժը կրի Հայաստանում, և նրան պետք է դատի հայաստանյան դատարանը:
