«Ժամանակ». Ինչո՞ւ է երիտասարդ կինն իր մանկահասակ երեխաների հետ հրկիզման փորձ կատարել

«Նախօրեին՝ ուշ երեկոյան Տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունում տեղեկատվություն էր ստացվել, որ Երևանի Խանջյան-Նալբանդյան փողոցների խաչմերուկի մոտակայքում կինը իր երկու մանկահասակ երեխաների հետ փորձել է ինքնահրկիզվել՝ բենզինը լցնելով իր վրա։ Կնոջը տեղափոխել էին Այրվածքաբանական կենտրոնի վերակենդանացման բաժանմունք։

 Ուշագրավը նաև այն Է, որ հիշյալ կինը օգոստոս ամսին ևս փորձել էր ինքնասպանության փորձ կատարել՝ սպառնալով իր երեխաների հետ նետվել Կիևյան կամուրջից։ Այն ժամանակ կինը պահանջում էր հանդիպում ոստիկանապետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի հետ։

Թե ինչու Է 30-ամյա կինը նման քայլերի դիմում, ինչու Է պահանջում հանդիպումներ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի հետ, մեզ հետ զրույցում որոշ մանրամասներ ներկայացրեց Լուսինե Սիմոնյանի քույրը՝ Նունեն։ Ըստ այդմ՝ Լուսինեն որոշ ժամանակ առաջ Երևանում գտնվող իր բնակարանը վարձով էր տվել նորապսակ մի ընտանիքի, և ինքն իր նորածին երեխաների հետ տեղափոխվել հանրակացարանում ապրելու։ Տունը վարձով տալու պատճառը, ըստ Նունեի, եղել Էր այն, որ նա մենակ Էր, չէր կարողանում և՛ աշխատել, և՛ երեխաներին հետևել, իսկ հանրակացարանում գոնե երեխաները մենակ չէին լինի։ Մյուս կողմից էլ՝ տան վաիձակալությունից ստացած գումարը ապրուստի հավելյալ միջոց էր՝ Լուսինեի աշխատավարձից ու նպաստից բացի։ Բավական երկար ժամանակ վարձակալած տանը ապրելով՝ նորապսակ զույգն էլ իր հերթին Է բնակարանը վարձով տվել,   ովքեր  Էլ տանը եղած բոլոր իրերը վաճառել են՝ ունեցած պարտքերը փակելու համար։ Լուսինեն տեղեկանալով կատարվածի մասին՝ դիմել է ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժին, որտեղից էլ գործն ուղարկվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտե, որտեղ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։ Այնուհետև Լուսինեի ամուսինը հայտարարել է, թե ինքը տեղյակ է եղել, որ տան իրերը վաճառվել են, ու այդ հիմքով էլ գործը կարճվել է։

Վերադառնալով Լուսինեի՝ նախորդ անգամ ինքնասպանության փորձ կատարելուն, նշենք, որ այն ժամանակ կինը Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանից պահանջում էր և՛ գործի արդար քննություն, և՛ ֆինանսական միջոցներ՝ երեխաներին դպրոց և մանկապարտեզ ուղարկելու համար։
Լուսինեի քրոջ խոսքով՝ այդ ժամանակ իրենց ֆինանսական աջակցություն եղավ, սակայն քրեական գործի հետ կապված որևէ նոր բան չեղավ։ Եվ ահա, նոյեմբերի 10-ին, Լուսինեն կրկին գնացել էր Քննչական կոմիտե և Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի գլխավոր վարչություն։ Քրոջ խոսքով՝ ԼԼ Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը Լուսինեի խնդրանքներին՝ գործը վերաբացելու   հետ   կապված,   պատասխանել է. «Չտայիր տունդ, չգողանային»։ Քրոջ պատմելով՝ Լուսինեն երևի հենց այս խոսքերից է վրդովվել, եկել է տուն, երեխաներին վերցրել ու որոշել նման քայլ կատարել»,–գրում է թերթը։
