SOCIETY«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Երեկ ճանապարհային ոստիկանությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել, ըստ որի, «քաղաքացիներին հրավիրում է Ճանապարհային ոստիկանություն՝ երթևեկության վիճակը քննարկելու և ցանկության դեպքում մասնակցելու ՃՈ կազմակերպած ծառայությունների»: Բաց և թափանցիկ աշխատաոճը հաճելի է, բայց հայտարարության մեջ աչք է ծակում մի ձևակերպում, որն ուղղակի անիմաստ է դարձնում ցանկացած քննարկում: Առանց բացառության՝ ցանկացած հրավեր ու քննարկում: ՃՈ–ն ասում է. «Վերջին օրերին սոցիալական ցանցերի որոշ օգտատերեր մտահոգություն են հայտնում ճանապարհային երթևեկության վիճակի կապակցությամբ և բողոքում Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության աշխատանքից։ ՉՆԱՅԱԾ ԱՅԴ ԲՈՂՈՔՆԵՐԸ ՀԱՃԱԽ ԱՆՓԱՍՏԱՐԿ ԵՆ...»: Բողոքի փաստարկվածությունը իրավական խնդիր է, այս պարագայում մենք գործ ունենք զանգվածային դժգոհության հետ, որը հիմնված է մարդկանց՝ իրենց մաշկի վրա շոշափելի զգալու հետ, և հավել յալ փաստարկվածության կարիք չունեն: Գլխավոր փաստարկն այն է, որ դժգոհ են շատերը: Փաստարկներ կունենար հենց ՃՈ–ն, եթե մի քիչ ավելի ակտիվ աշխատեր (հանուն արդարության պետք է նշել, որ վերջին երկու օրերին դրական իմաստով որոշակի տարբերություն զգացվում է), իսկ դժգոհողները լավագույն դեպքում կարող են ավտոռեգիստրատորների տեսանյութեր ուղարկել, բայց դրանք էլ իրավական ուժ չունեն: Իսկ գուցե դրա մասին արժե՞ մտածել...
