Հայաստանցի– ղարաբաղցի արատավոր տարանջատման ռիսկը. «Փաստ»
ANALYSIS«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Անցնող շաբաթվա վերջին մի խումբ քաղաքացիներ Արցախի մայրաքաղաքում ակցիա էին կազմակերպել ի պաշտպանություն ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի: Նրանք նաև հայտարարել էին, որ քայլերթով հասնելու են Երևան: Թե ինչ արդյունավետություն կունենա հայտարարված քայլարշավը, ընդհանրապես ինչ արդյունավետություն կարելի է ակնկալել Քոչարյանի պաշտպանությամբ հանդես եկող հանրային դրսևորումների շարքից, դժվար է ասել: Առայժմ չկան հիմքեր կարծելու, որ երկրորդ նախագահին կհաջողվի իր շուրջ ձևավորել հանրային կոնսոլիդացիա:
Ինչևէ: Հետաքրքրական է այլ բան: Մի կողմից փաստորեն Երևանում նման ակցիաները արդյունք չեն տալիս, չի հավաքվում տասից ավել մարդ, ու Քոչարյանի աջակիցները որոշում են նմանատիպ ակցիաների թիրախը տեղափոխել Ստեփանակերտ: Մյուս կողմից էլ Քոչարյանին հակակրողները սկսում են առիթն օգտագործելով թիրախավորել կրկին Ստեփանակերտը: Ընդ որում, սա արվում է մի իրավիճակում, երբ Արցախի ու Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերություններն ակնհայտ լարված են, կան որոշակի պրոցեսներ, որոնք առայժմ, իհարկե, հաջողվում է պահել աշխատանքային տրամաբանության մեջ, բայց որոշակի պայթյունավտանգություն դեռևս կա:
Դժվար է ասել՝ արդյոք Քոչարյանի աջակիցները մի կողմից, նրանք խիստ քննադատողները մեկ այլ կողմից հատուկ են թիրախավորում Արցախը, թե ոչ: Բայց փաստացի երկուստեք գործողությունների արդյունքում ունենում ենք Արցախի թիրախավորում և հայաստանցի–ղարաբաղցի արատավոր տարանջատման հերթական ակտիվ շրջանառություն: Հուսադրող է միայն այն, որ երկու կողմից էլ տարվող այս տարանջատումը աջակիցների զգալի բանակ չունի, բայց միաժամանակ հաշվի առնելով, որ այս տարանջատումը ժամանակին ունեցել է մեծ հանրային աջակցություն, անհանգստանալու առիթ ամեն դեպքում կա:
