Մոսկվան հույս ունի, որ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի նշանակման հարցում հայկական կողմը իմաստություն կդրսեւորի
SOCIETYՄոսկվան հույս ունի, որ ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի նշանակման հարցը մինչեւ տարեվերջ կկարգավորվի: Այս մասին հաղորդում է «Կոմերսանտը»՝ վկայակոչելով Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ում աղբյուրին, որը տեղեկացված է ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի թեկնածության վերաբերյալ բանակցությունների ընթացքին:
«Կարծում եմ, որ դեկտեմբերի 27-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի եւ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հանդիպումից հետո իրավիճակը կհստակեցվի: Ցանկալի է նոր տարին դրական սկսել: Հույս ունենք, որ դեկտեմբերի 27-ին ամեն ինչ կորոշվի: Փոխզիջում է պետք: Հույս ունենք, որ հայկական կողմը իմաստություն կդրսեւորի եւ հաշվի կառնի 5 նախագահների դիրքորոշումը: Երբ դու կազմակերպության կազմում են, դու պետք է փոխզիջման պատրաստ լինես»,- նշել է նա:
Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) վեց անդամ պետություններից հինգը կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնում պաշտոնապես հավանություն են տվել Բելառուսի Անվտանգության խորհրդի ղեկավար Ստանիսլավ Զասի թեկնածությանը:
ՀԱՊԿ մամուլի քարտուղար Վլադիմիր Զայնետդինովը հայտնել է, որ 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 24-ի դրությամբ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնում Ստանիսլավ Զասի նշանակման վերաբերյալ համաձայնեցման ընթացակարգը շարունակվում է, որոշման սոտրագրումը անհատական կարգով է կազմակերվել:
Նա նշել է, որ դեկտեմբերի 12-ից դեկտեմբերի 20-ը նման հանդիպումներ են անցկացվել Ղրղզստանի Հանրապետության, Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության, Տաջիկստանի Հանրապետության, Բելառուսի Հանրապետության եւ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահների հետ: Հանդիպումների ժամանակ, նրա հաղորդմամբ, նախագահները հավանություն են տվել Զասի թեկնածությանը:
«Հայաստանի վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարի հետ հանդիպումն ավելի ուշ ժամկետի է տեղափոխվել», - նշել է նա:
