Պետությանը պատճառվել է 44.3 մլն դրամի վնաս․ ոստիկանության բացահայտումը (տեսանյութ)
ECONOMICSՈստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ ԳՎ կոռուպցիայի և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչությունում «Անի-97» ՍՊ ընկերության տնօրենի՝ շինարարական աշխատանքների ընթացքում թույլ տված տարաբնույթ չարաշահումների վերաբերյալ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանից գրություն էր ստացվել։
Նախապատրաստված նյութերով պարզվել է, որ Խաղաղ Դոնի 1/34 հասցեում գտնվող, ընկերության տնօրենի մորը պատկանող հողատարածքում, տարբեր տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների վարձակալությամբ տարածքներ տրամադրելու նպատակով, 1270 քմ մակերեսով շինություն կառուցելու համար նախագծվել և ստացվել է շինարարության թույլտվություն։
Ընկերության տնօրենը սահմանված կարգով շինարարություն կատարելու լիցենզի ունեցող կազմակերպության հետ կապալի պայմանագիր կնքելու փոխարեն, անհայտ աղբյուրներից ձեռք է բերել շինանյութ, առանց աշխատանքային պայմանագրի վարձել է անհատ շինարարների, և փաստացի՝ կազմակերպել ու իրականացրել է օբյեկտի կառուցապատումը։ Արդյունքում՝ ընկերության տնօրենը առանց հատուկ թույլտվության իրականացրել է ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրական՝ կառուցապատման գործունեություն։
Նրա գործունեության հետևանքով պետությանը պատճառված վնասը հաշվելու համար նշանակված շինարարատեխնիկական և դատահաշվապահական փորձաքննության եզրակացության համաձայն, պետությանը պատճառվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափի՝ 44,391,000 դրամ։
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 188-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի՝ պետությանն առանձնապես խոշոր չափի վնաս պատճառելով զուգորդված ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրության հատկանիշներով։
Հարուցված քրեական գործն ուղարկվել է նախաքննություն իրականացնող մարմնին։
