Ոստիկանությունը համագործակցելով ԱԱԾ հետ` շարունակում է ակտիվ պայքարը կոռուպցիայի դեմ` բացահայտելով պետական միջոցների յուրացման և վատնման նոր դեպքեր: Ներկայացնենք վերջին մի քանի օրերի բացահայտումները հանրապետության տարբեր մարզերում:

Օրերս ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունների հիման վրա ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության կոռուպցիայի և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչության ծառայողները, Շիրակի մարզային վարչության և Աշոցքի բաժնի քրեական հետախույզների հետ, պարզել են, որ Կարմրավան գյուղի հիմնական դպրոցի տնօրենն օգտագործելով իր պաշտոնական դիրքը, 2012-13 թվականերին դպրոցում պահակ է հրամանագրել իր մտերիմներին, որոնք 2015-ից մինչև 2017-2018 թվականները չեն հաճախել աշխատանքի, իսկ նրանց անվամբ դուրս գրված աշխատավարձերը` ընդհանուր շուրջ 3.000.000 դրամ, յուրացվել են: Պետությանը պատճառվել է խոշոր չափերի նյութական վնաս: Առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի` յուրացման կամ վատնման հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: 

Կատարվում է նախաքննություն: 
Պաշտոնեական դիրքի չարաշահման մեկ այլ դեպք էլ գրանցվել է Սյունիքի մարզում: Ստացված տեղեկություններն իրացնելով, ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության կոռուպցիայի և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչության աշխատակիցները, համագործակցելով ոստիկանության Սյունիքի մարզային վարչության ու Գորիսի բաժնի ծառայողների հետ, պարզել են, որ 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերին Վերիշենի համայնքապետարանի նախկին քարտուղարը, հանդիսանալով համայնքի ղեկավարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար, կեղծել է նախկին ղեկավարի ստորագրությունը և հետին` 2016 թվականի հուլիսի ամսաթվով կազմել հողահատկացման վերաբերյալ ակնհայտ կեղծ փաստաթղթեր: Արդյունքում` 2018 թվականին նա իր ազգականին, Վերիշեն գյուղում, առանց համապատասխան մրցույթի, սեփականության իրավունքով, հատկացրել է 1125 քմ հողատարածք, ինչի հետևանքով համայնքի բյուջե չի վճարվել 1.000.000 դրամ:

Պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելու և պաշտոնեական կեղծիքի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ:
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: 
Յուրացման մի դեպք էլ գրանցվել է Արմավիրի մարզում: Ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ ԳՎ կոռուպցիայի և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչության, Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության և բաժնի ծառայողները համատեղ պարզել են, որ ատոմային էլեկտրակայանի տարածքում տեղակայված հրդեհային անվտանգությունն ապահովող ՀՀ Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությանը ենթակա հատուկ հրշեջ ջոկատի հրամանատարն ու նրա տեղակալը, օգտագործելով իրենց պաշտոնեական դիրքը, հունիսից մինչև օգոստոս յուրացրել են իրենց պատասխանատվության տակ գտնվող հրշեջ ջոկատի դիզվառելիքը:
Յուրացման կամ վատնման փաստով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: 
Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ հիշյալ դեպքերի բոլոր հանգամանքները բազմակողմանի և օբյեկտիվ քննելու ուղղությամբ:
