Հայաստանի արտահանման ապահովագրական գործակալությունը Իրանի և Չինաստանի համապատասխան կառույցների հետ ստորագրել է փոխըմբռնման հուշագրեր: Նոյեմբերի 2-6-ը Շանհայում տեղի է ունեցել Բեռնի Միության մաս կազմող Պրահայի ակումբի անդամ արտահանման ապահովագրական ընկերությունների հերթական տարեկան ընդհանուր ժողովը, որն այս անգամ հյուրընկալել էր չինական SINOSURE արտահանման ապահովագրական կորպորացիան: Վերոգրյալ ժողովÕ « շրջանակներում Հայաստանի արտահանման ապահովագրական գործակալության և SINOSURE արտահանման ապահովագրական կորպորացիայի միջև ստորագրվել է Փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր: Ինչպես   տեղեկացրին Հայաստանի արտահանման ապահովագրական գործակալությունից, հուշագիրը սահմանում է ընկերությունների համագործակցության շրջանակները, մասնավորապես՝ երկու երկրների միջև առևտրի և ներդրումների խթանմանն ուղղված համատեղ միջոցառումների իրագործումը,ապահովագրական ռիսկերի կառավ արման և պարտքերի հավաքագրման ուղղություններով փորձի և տեղեկատվության փոխանակումը, գործունեության հետ կապված հարցերի քննարկման համար  գործնական հանդիպումների և վերապատրաստումների կազմակերպումը:

Նոյեմբերի 9-ին էլ Թեհրանում մեկնարկած Իրան-Հայաստան գործարար համաժողովի շրջանակում Հայաստանի արտահանման ապահովագրական գործակալությունը և Իրանի արտահանման երաշխավորության հիմնադրամը (Export Guarantee Fund of Iran) ստորագրեցին փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր՝ ուղղված ՀՀ և ԻԻՀ միջև առևտրի և ներդրումների խթանմանը։

Հուշագիրը սահմանում է ընկերությունների համագործակցության շրջանակները, մասնավորապես՝  երկու երկրների միջև առևտրի և ներդրումների խթանմանն ուղղված  համատեղ միջոցառումների իրագործումը, փորձի և տեղեկատվության փոխանակումը, դեբիտորական պարտքերի հավաքագրումը և այլ ուղղություններ։

«Հայաստանի արտահանման ապահովագրական գործակալություն» ԱՓԲԸ-ն հիմնադրվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության որոշմամբ արտահանմանն ուղղված արդյունաբերական քաղաքականության շրջանակներում:

Ընկերությունը տրամադրում է ապահովագրություն ՀՀ ռեզիդենտ արտահանող Ընկերությունների կողմից  մատակարարված ապրանքի դիմաց օտարերկրյա գնորդի կողմից  չվճարման հետևանքով կրած ֆինանսական վնասներից: Ընկերության միակ բաժնետերը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն է:
