Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի «խայթոցը». ինչո՞վ էր Սերժ Սարգսյանն ավելի լավը

Գործարար, բարերար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը Ներուժ ծրագրի մասնակիցների հետ զրույցում, անդրադառնալով Հայաստանում իր եւ իր գործընկերների գործունեությանը, նաեւ թավշյա հեղափոխությանը, մի շարք կարևոր հայտարարություններ է արել: Վերջինս նշել է, որ վերջերս հարկային մարմինները ստուգել են իր բարեգործական գործունեության վերջին 11 տարիները նաև կասկած է հայտնել այդ ստուգումների օրինականության առթիվ: Բացի այդ` նա կարծիք է արտահայտել, որ նման քայլերը չեն կարող իբրև դրական նշան ընկալվել բարեգործական գործունեություն իրականացնողների համար։ Ուշագրավն այն է, որ հասարակությունը անգամ տեղյակ էլ չէր, որ Վարդանյանի հիմնադրամում ստուգումներ են իրականացվել և այդ փաստի մասին մենք իմանում ենք հենց նրանից: Կարելի է ենթադրել, որ գործարարը գրավել էր հարկային մարմինների ուշադրությունը ՌԴ-ում հայազգի գործարարների հետ Փաշինյանի հանդիպման ժամանակ նրա վարած տնտեսական քաղաքականության դեմ հնչեցրած կոշտ քննադատությամբ: Այնուամենայնիվ, սա ընդամենը վարկած է: Թերևս, ստուգումները որևէ արդյունք չեն տվել, ինչն էլ Վարդանյանին հիմք է տալիս խոսել դրանց մասին, ինչ-որ տեղ նաև կշտամբել նոր իշխանությունների բռնած գիծը:
 
Բացի այդ՝ Վարդանյանը նուրբ համեմատական է անցկացրել Սերժ Սարգսյանի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի միջև: 2008 թվականին մենք անկեղծ զրույց ունեցանք Հայաստանի նախորդ ղեկավար Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ: «Երբ սփյուռքի հայերը գալիս են Հայաստան՝ ծրագրեր իրագործելու համար, նրանք հաճախ որոշակի խրախուսություն են ակնկալում: Մենք նման ակնկալիքներ չունենք, եւ ասացինք Սերժ Սարգսյանին. եթե ցանկանում եք օգնել մեզ, մենք շնորհակալ կլինենք։ Եթե չեզոք դիրք բռնեք, դա Ձեր որոշումն է։ Եթե բացասական վերաբերմունք ունենաք, դե ինչ, դա եւս Ձեր որոշումը կլինի»,- նշել է Վարդանյանը: Փաստորեն նա ակնարկում է, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը, ի տարբերություն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, եթե նույնիսկ չէր օգնում, ապա չէր էլ խոչընդոտում իր ընկերության ներդրումային ծրագրերին: Սա ակնհայտ կշտամբանք է գործող վարչապետին:
 
Հարցազրույցում Վարդանյանը և՛ մեխին է խփում, և՛ նալին: Նա պնդում է, որ երիտասարդության հիասթափությունը Հայաստանի իշխանությունների համար կարող է կատաստրոֆիկ հետևանքներ ունենալ: Սակայն ինչո՞ւ և ինչի՞ց պետք է հիասթավի երիտասարդությունը, որը միաժամանակ հանդիսանում է Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած թավշյա հեղափոխության կորիզը: Վարդանյանը փաստորեն ակնարկում է, որ հիասթափության առաջին նշանները արդեն իսկ կան, ոչ միայն բիզնեսի, այլև հենց հեղափոխության շահառուների շրջանում…
