Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ներկայումս դիտվում է գրիպի և սուր շնչառական վարակների բարձրացում:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, համաձայն իրականացված լաբորատոր հետազոտությունների արդյունքների այսօր հանրապետությունում հիմնականում շրջանառում է գրիպի Ա տեսակի H1N1 ենթատեսակը: Վերջինս արձանագրվում է նաև գրիպի առումով ռիսկի խմբերի շրջանում (երեխաներ, հղիներ, խրոնիկ հիվանդություններով տառապող անձինք և այլն):  Հոսպիտալացված հիվանդների համաճարակաբանական հետազոտությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ հոսպիտալացման հիմնական պատճառը բժշկական օգնության ուշ դիմելիությունն է:

Գրիպը, լինելով վարակիչ հիվանդություն, կարող է ընթանալ ինչպես թեթև, այնպես էլ ծանր կլինիկական ընթացքով: Հետևաբար անգամ թեթև հարբուխի դեպքում անհրաժեշտ է անհապաղ դիմել բժշկական օգնության, քանի որ բժշկական օգնության ուշ դիմելու կամ չդիմելու դեպքում, մասնավորապես՝ ռիսկի խմբերի շրջանում կարող են առաջանալ բազմաթիվ բարդություններ՝ թոքաբորբեր, բրոնխիտներ, կարող է դիտվել նաև հիմնական հիվանդության սրացում: Կարևորելով նշվածը՝ այսօր Առողջապահության նախարարությունը գրիպի դեմ կանխարգելիչ պատվաստումներ է իրականացնում ռիսկի խմբերի շրջանում՝ 6 ամսականից մինչ 5 տարեկան երեխաներ,  հղիներ, մանկատների սաներ, ծերանոցի բնակիչներ, 65 տ. և բարձր տարիքի ու խրոնիկ հիվանդություններով տառապող անձինք, առաջնային բժշկական օղակի բուժանձնակազմ:

Հաշվի առնելով վերոգրյալը՝ առողջապահության նախարարությունը կրկին հորդորում է` եթե պատկանում եք ռիսկի խմբին, ապա անհրաժեշտ է անհապաղ պատվաստվել գրիպի դեմ:
