ԿԳ փոխնախարարի հավաստիացմամբ` կրթական հաստատությունների ապաքաղաքականացումը սկսվել է
SOCIETYՀՀ կրթության և գիտության փոխնախարար Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանը դեկտեմբերի 27-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց, որ տարիներ շարունակ խոսվել է կրթական հաստատությունների ապաքաղաքականացման մասին, և այդ գործընթացն արդեն սկսվել է:
«Չեմ կարող ասել, որ այդ գործընթացն ամբողջությամբ ավարտվել է, բայց մեծ ձեռքբերումներ կան: Խնդիրը նաև մշակութային դաշտում է. մարդիկ տարիներ շարունակ այլ մշակութային համակարգում են սովորել: Եղել են դեպքեր, որ որոշ հանրահավաքներից առաջ մեզ զանգահարում էին ու ասում, որ ավտոբուս են վարձել ու կարող են մարդկանց բերել ցույցի: Կտրուկ պատասխան էին ստանում մեր կողմից: Այդ մարդիկ չէին ընկալել, որ նոր դաշտում նոր մոտեցումներ են»,- նշեց նա:
Փոխնախարարը շեշտեց, որ երբ խոսում է քոլեջների, դպրոցների և այլ ուսումնական հաստատությունների տնօրենների հետ, տեսնում է, որ նրանք բավականին ազատ են, բայց ոչ բոլոր դեպքերում են նախաձեռնողական ու պատրաստ փոփոխությունների:
Անդրադառնալով նախարարության այլ հաջողություններին` Հովհաննիսյանն ասաց, որ իրենք նախաձեռնեցին բարձրագույն կրթության ռազմավարության որոշակի ուրվագծերի քննարկում, որոշակի օրենսդրական փոփոխություններ միջին մասնագիտական ոլորում, և այդ փաթեթն արդեն պատրաստ է:
Փոխնախարարի խոսքով` ոլորտի բարելավման համար կենսականորեն կարևոր է ֆինանսների առկայությունը:
«Այս տարի «Փարոս» ծրագրով բավականին մեծ քանակով զեղչեր պետությունը տրամադրեց կրթական ոլորտին: Ավաղ, պետությունն այսօր չունի այն ֆինանսները, որ կրթությունն ամբողջությամբ անվճար դարձնի»,-եզրափակեց Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանը:
