SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետության ոստիկանությունը հորդորում է պահպանել տոնական պայթուցիկների օգտագործման անվտանգության կանոնները: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ոստիկանության տարածած տեսանյութում նշվում է, որ առաջին հայացքից վտանգավոր չթվացող պայթուցիկների օգտագործումը իրականում շատ հաճախ ծանր հետևանքներ է ունենում, երբ չեն պահպանվում անվտանգության կանոնները:
Ոստիկանությունից հայտնում են, որ դեկտեմբերի 22-ին Ճամբարակի բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանություն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ աչքի վնասվածքով մի կին է տեղափոխվել բուժօգնության: Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ կինը վնասվածքը ստացել է միջոցառման ժամանակ, հրավառության պահին պայթուցիկի մի հատված դիպել է աչքին: Նշվում է, որ նման դեպքեր էլի են եղել:
Ոստիկանությունը նաև տեղեկացնում է, որ հրագործական իրերի առևտրի համար անհրաժեշտ է ունենալ համապատասխան լիցենզիա, արգելվում է դրանք վաճառել անչափահասներին, քանի որ այս հարցում անչափահասներն ամենախոցելին են, ու, ցավոք, հաճախ տուժում են հենց նրանք:
Ոստիկանությունը իր հերթին հետևում է հրագործական իրերի օրինական վաճառքին, նաև անվտանգության կանոնների պահպանմանը, սակայն միևնույն ժամանակ անչափահասների ծնողներին կոչ է անում ուշադիր լինել իրենց երեխաների նկատմամբ, թույլ չտալ նրանց հրագործական իրեր օգտագործել, ինչը կարող է վտանգել նրանց կյանքն ու առողջությունը:
