Գետափ գյուղում ավազակային հարձակում կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է երկու անձ

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ մի խումբ անձանց կողմից նախնական համաձայնությամբ, խոշոր չափերով գույք հափշտակելու նպատակով, զենքի գործադրմամբ բնակարան մուտք գործելու, ապօրինի զենք կրելու և օգտագործելու դեպքի առթիվ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 26-ին՝ ժամը 21:00-ի սահմաններում, դիմակավորված 4 անհայտ անձինք, ուրիշի գույքը առերևույթ հափշտակելու նպատակով, ապօրինի մուտք են գործել Վայոց ձորի մարզի Գետափ գյուղի՝ 1949 թվականին ծնված բնակչի տուն, ծեծի են ենթարկել նրան և նրա կնոջը՝ ծնված 1956 թվականին, և դանակի ու ատրճանակի գործադրմամբ վերջիններիս կյանքի և առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելով՝ պահանջել են գումար և ոսկյա իրեր, որից հետո կպչուն ժապավենով նրանց կապկպելով ննջասենյակում՝ առանձնատնից հափշտակել են 500.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար, 4 շիշ կոնյակ, «Տոշիբա» մոդելի դյուրակիր համակարգիչ, «Սամսունգ» մոդելի բջջային հեռախոս, մեկ պլանշետ և դիմել փախուստի: Գետափ գյուղի՝ 1949 թվականին ծնված բնակիչը և վերջինիս կինը ճանաչվել են տուժող:

Դեպքի առթիվ 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 27-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 2-րդ, 3-րդ, 4-րդ կետերով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Նույն օրը հանցագործությունը կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել են Լոռու մարզի երկու բնակիչներ՝ ծնված 1984 և 1989 թվականներին:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում դեպքի վայրի զննության ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել են գործի համար էական նշանակություն ունեցող իրեր:  Կասկածյալներից մեկի անձնական խուզարկության ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է հանցագործության գործիք  հանդիսացող դանակը:

Նշանակվել է դատագենետիկական, դատաքիմիական, դատամատնադրոշմային և դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բազմակողմանի, լրիվ և օբյեկտիվ քննությունն ապահովելու, առերևույթ հանցագործությանն առնչություն ունեցող անձանց շրջանակը պարզելու, նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի գործողություններն անհատականացնելու և համապատասխան քրեաիրավական գնահատական տալու ուղղությամբ:

Հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին միջոցներ ձեռնարկել՝ միջադեպին մասնակից մյուս անձանց հայտնաբերելու և նախաքննական մարմին ներկայացնելու վերաբերյալ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
