Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է զինվորական կենսաթոշակի անցնելու կապակցությամբ զինվորական ծառայությունից սահմանված կարգով արձակված նախկին մի խումբ զինծառայողների: Վերջիններս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին են ներկայացրել իրենց դիտարկումներն ու առաջարկությունները՝ կառավարության ընդունած որոշման հետ կապված, որով նախատեսվում է Պաշտպանության նախարարությանը հատկացնել 5 մլրդ 705 մլն դրամ, զինվորական ծառայության ընթացքում որպես բնակարանային պայմանների բարելավման կարիք ունեցող հաշվառված, սակայն ծառայության ընթացքում անհատույց բնակարան չստացած նախկին զինծառայողներին որպես պետական աջակցություն, բնակարան ձեռք բերելու նպատակով տրամադրելու համար: Որոշմամբ նախատեսվում է շահառուների գրավոր համաձայնության դեպքում յուրաքանչյուրին տրամադրել 2 տարի մարման ժամկետով և միջինը 5.000.000 դրամ արժեքով բնակարանի գնման վկայագիր: «Ըստ էության, մենք այսօր ունենք շուրջ 1200 շահառու, որոնք ընդգրկված են բնակարան ստանալու հերթացուցակում: Այս հարցի շուրջ մենք ունեինք փակուղային իրավիճակ, որովհետև որևէ պրոցես տեղի չէր ունենում, կամ տեղի էին ունենում աննշան գործընթացներ: Մեզ համար խնդիր է եղել, որ այս պրոցեսը մեռյալ կետից շարժվի: Մենք արձանագրել ենք, որ այսօր կառավարությունը կարող է ռեալ հատկացնել 5 մլրդ դրամ և այդ աջակցությունն առաջարկել մարդկանց, ինչը չի նշանակում, թե ասում ենք՝ այս 5 մլրդ դրամը վերցրեք և հաշիվները մաքրեցինք: Դա նշանակում է, որ կա այսպիսի հնարավորություն, մենք ստեղծում ենք այդպիսի հնարավորություն: Այս 1200-ի մեջ վստահաբար կլինեն մարդիկ, որոնց համար սա կլինի ոչ միայն հնարավորություն, այլև հարցի լուծում»,- նշել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Այնուհետև վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը ներկայացրել է Կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի տեղեկանքը, որի համաձայն՝ մեկ սենյականոց բնակարանը մարզային բնակավայրերի 95 տոկոսում ցածր է 5 մլն դրամից, մարզերի կեսում 2 սենյականոց բնակարանը ցածր է 5 մլն դրամից, 3 սենյականոցը՝ 5 մլն դրամից ցածր գին ունի մարզային բնակավայրերի մեկ երրորդում: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նկատել է, որ 1200 շահառուից Երևանում է բնակվում միայն 370-ը: «Սրանով հստակ լուծելու ենք որոշակի թվով մարդկանց խնդիր: Այսինքն, այստեղ իմ կարծիքով մենք շատ կարևոր քայլ ենք արել՝ խնդիրը մեռյալ կետից շարժել ենք: Կլինեն մարդիկ, որոնց այս լուծումը ձեռնտու չի լինի, նրանց նկատմամբ մեր պարտավորությունը կշարունակի մնալ արձանագրված: Մենք ասում ենք, որ այս 7 ամսվա ընթացքում ինչպես ի վիճակի ենք եղել լուծել շահառուների մի մասի հարցը, եթե այս նույն տեմպերով գնանք՝ մնացածինն էլ կլուծենք»,- ասել է վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ավելացրել է, որ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում կայացնելու է որոշում, թե նշված 5 մլրդ դրամն ինչ սկզբունքով և ինչպես է բաշխվելու: Վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարն ընդգծել է, որ այդ առումով բոլոր առաջարկները պետք է ներկայացնել համապատասխան հանձնաժողովին: Միաժամանակ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է հանդիպման մասնակիցների առաջարկն ու պատրաստակամություն հայտնել հանձնաժողովում ներգրավել նրանց ներկայացուցչին: Կառավարության ղեկավարն ընդգծել է՝ խնդիր է դրել գործընթացն իրականացնել առավելագույնս թափանցիկ:
