Մաղթում եմ, որ 2019 թվականը կրկին հայկական տարի լինի. Արմեն Սարգսյան
SOCIETY Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանն այսօր Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Երկրորդ Ծայրագույն Պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսի, վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանի հետ մասնակցել է Ամանորի և Սուրբ Ծննդյան տոների առթիվ պետական կառավարման համակարգի ներկայացուցիչների համար կազմակերպված ընդունելությանը:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախագահի գրասենյակից, նախագահ Սարգսյանը շնորհավորելով ներկաներին՝ ընդգծել է, որ 2018 թվականն առանձնահատուկ տարի էր մեր երկրի ու ժողովրդի համար. «Այն պատմական տարի է տաբեր իմաստներով: Եթե մտածենք, թե հային ինչպես են բնութագրում և՛ Հայաստանում, և՛ դրսում, կարձանագրենք, որ հիշում են աշխատասեր, ազնիվ մարդու կերպարը: Ազգ, որն առաջին քրիստոնյան է եղել, որը 20-րդ դարի առաջին մեծ ողբերգությունն է կրել՝ Մեծ Եղեռնը: Բայց նաև հիշելու ենք, որ 2018 թվականին մեր ժողովուրդը հսկայական փոփոխություններ արեց, որոնք կարելի է գնահատել և՛ որպես թավշյա հեղափոխություն, և՛ որպես հեղափոխություն հայկական ձևով:
Արտերկրում հանդիպել եմ մարդկանց, ովքեր կատարվածը գնահատում են որպես հայկական հրաշք: Որովհետև 21-րդ դարի այս ժամանակաշրջանում նմանատիպ կերպով այսպիսի փոփոխություններ անելն իրականում հրաշքի նման է, քանի որ աշխարհը շատ ավելի դինամիկ է ու անկանխատեսելի, ինչ-որ տեղ նաև՝ ավելի կոշտ ու կարծր: Եվ հայկական փոքր հրաշքն իր տեղն է ունենալու մեր ժողովրդի պատմության մեջ և ընդհանրապես»:
Նախագահը նշել է, որ, միաժամանակ, մեզնից՝ որպես երկիր ու ժողովուրդ, աշխարհի սպասելիքներն ավելի շատ են. «Մեզնից սպասելու են նոր հեղափոխություններ՝ տնտեսական, մշակութային, գուցե նոր, փոքր հրաշքներ: Իհարկե, նմանատիպ հրաշքներ սպասելու է նաև ողջ ժողովուրդը»:
Նախագահը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել բոլորին, ովքեր ազնվորեն, հայրենասիրաբար, պրոֆեսիոնալ կերպով ծառայել են հայրենիքին, պետությանը և ազգային շահերին:
«Ուզում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել հեռացող Ազգային ժողովին, պարոն Բաբլոյան, Ձեզ առանձնապես, կառավարության բոլոր անդամներին: Եվ, իհարկե, ուզում եմ առիթն օգտագործել շնորհավորելու պարոն վարչապետ, Ձեզ և Ձեր գործընկերներին՝ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում փայլուն հաղթանակ տանելու առթիվ: Ուզում եմ շնորհավորել պարոն Ծառուկյանին և պարոն Մարուքյանին և նրանց գործընկերներին՝Ազգային ժողովում իրենց ներկայությունն ապահովելու համար:
Իսկ 2019 թվականը սկսվելու է ոչ միայն նոր խորհրդարանով, նոր կառավարությունով, այլև, վստահ եմ, նոր մոտեցումներով: Եվ առաջիններից մեկն այն է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պատվիրակությունն առաջին անգամ երկար տարիներից հետո ներկայացուցչական կազմով մասնակցելու է Դավոսի համաշխարհային տնտեսական ֆորումին: Սա կարևորում եմ, որովհետև հնարավորություն է աշխարհին նորից պատմելու, որ Հայաստանում ոչ միայն հեղափոխություն է եղել, այլև կա հստակ ծրագիր, նպատակ, ցանկություն, եռանդ՝ նոր ձևով աշխատելու և կառուցելու այս երկիրը: Վստահ եմ, որ հենց առաջին օրերից և՛ Ազգային ժողովի բոլոր անդամները, և՛ կառավարությունը մի րոպե իսկ ազատ ժամանակ չեն ունենա: Այդ առիթով բոլորին ուզում եմ նորից շնորհավորել,քանի որ այդ մեկ րոպե անգամ ազատ ժամանակ չունենալը նշանակում է 24 ժամ ծառայել ժողովրդին ու պետությանը»:
Եվս մեկ անգամ բոլորին շնորհավորելով 2018 թվականը պատմական տարի դարձնելու համար՝ նախագահը նշել է. «Ուզում եմ մաղթել, որ 2019 թվականը և՛ Հայաստանի համար, և՛ միջազգային առումով կրկին լինի հայկական տարի»:
