Ադրբեջանական բանակում հերթական կորուստն է տեղի ունեցել

Ադրբեջանի բանակում ոչ մարտական պայմաններում եւս մեկ զինծառայող է մահացել:

«Ազադլըգ» թերթը հայտնում է, որ Աղդամի զորամասերից մեկի զինվոր Ալիսման Աբբասլըն, ով ծննդով Բեյլագանի շրջանից է, հունիսի լույս 19-ի գիշերը հրազենային վիրավորումից մահացել է:

Բեյլագանի աղբյուրներից թերթի ստացած տեղեկության համաձայն` գնդակը դիպել է զինվորի կոկորդին: Զինվորի ընտանիքին հայտնել են, որ նա գողացել է զենքի պահեստի բանալին, այնտեղից վերցրել զենքը եւ կրակել իր վրա:

«Ալիսման Աբբասլըն առաջիկա զորակոչի ժամանակ պետք է ավարտեր զինծառայությունը: Այսինքն, նրա տուն վերադառնալուն հաշված օրեր էինմնացել:

Զինվորի հարազատները նրա ինքնասպանության դիմելու պնդմանը չեն հավատում: Նրանք գտնում են, որ Ալիսմանը գնդակահարվել է ուրիշիկողմից», -հայտնում է թերթը:

Ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ներիմ համաձայն` վերջին 8 օրերի ընթացքում սա ադրբեջանական բանակում տեղի ունեցած 4-րդ կորուստն է: Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը չի անդրադարձել զինվորների մահվան դեպքերի մասին ԶԼՄ-ների հրապարակումներին:

Ադրբեջանցի ռազմական փորձագետ Ուզեիր Ջաֆարովը «Ազադլըգ»-ին հայտնել է, որ եթե ՊՆ-ն լռում է, ապա դա պետք է գնահատել որպես համաձայնություն:

Փորձագետի կարծիքով` նման տիպի տեղեկությունները չեն հանրայնացվում գիտակցաբար:

«Աշխատում են մինչեւ հունիսի 26-ը բանակի հետ կապված՝ վիճակը փչացնող տեղեկություններ չհրապարակել: Քանի որ նախատեսվում է տասիցավելի անձանց գեներալի կոչում շնորհել: Այդ անձանց շարքերում կան այնպիսիները, որ նրանց անունները մամուլում բազմիցս հոլովվել են կապվածկաշառÖ �ի եւ կոռուպցիայի հետ: Այդ պատճառով է Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը նման դիրք է բռնել: Չնայած, խոսքը մարդու ճակատագրիմասին է»,- ասել է Ջաֆարովը:

«Ազադլիգ»-ն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր, որ Թովուզի Գարալար գյուղում տեղակայված զորամասի Թափդըգով ազգանունով զինվորն ինքնասպանություն է գործել: Նրա ինքնասպանություն գործելու հանգամանքները հայտնի չեն: Որպես ինքնասպանության պատճառ՝ նշվել էր, որ զինվոին նեղացրել են նրա հրամանատարները: Աղդաշից զորակոչված Թափդըգովը նոր էր արձակուրդից վերադարձել զորամաս:

Մյուս զինվորը, որը ծառայում էր Գեդաբեկում տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկում, ինքնասպանություն է գործել կախվելու միջոցով: Ինքնասպանության պատճառը` ծանր ֆիզիկական բռնությունն է եղել: Թերթին չի հաջողվել պարզել նրա անուն-ազգանունը:

Թերթը հայտնել էր նաեւ օրերս առաջնագծում 18-ամյա զինվոր Էլվին Էթիբար օղլու Դերվիշեւի զոհվելու մասին: Վերջինս իսկական զինծառայության էր կանչվել Բելոքանի շրջանից: Նրա դին զինվորական պատիվներով հողին է հանձնվել հայրենի Քաթեխ գյուղում: Բոլոր երեք կորստի մասին Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ-ն չի հայտնել:

Թեեւ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է սեփական զինուժում գրանցված մահվան դեպքերի ու արտակարգ պատահարների մասին տեղեկությունները թաքցնելու քաղաքականությունը, այդուհանդերձ, ՀՀ ՊՆ եւ ԼՂՀ Պաշտպանության բանակի կողմից սեփական միջոցներով ձեռք բերված տեղեկությունների համաձայն` տարվա սկզբից մինչ այժմ ադրբեջանական բանակի կորուստը կազմել է առնվազն 76 զինծառայող եւ 31-ից ավելի վիրավոր:
