Ահա և մենք պատրաստվում ենք հրաժեշտ տալ հին տարուն և դիմավորել նոր՝ 2019 թվականը:
Այս պահին բոլորս, բնականաբար, համակված ենք հուզախառն զգացումներով, լի՝ նոր ու բարի սպասելիքներով:
Ամանորի և Սուրբ Ծննդյան տոները մեզ տեղափոխում են մեր մանկության աշխարհը, որտեղ գերիշխում էին սերն ու ջերմությունը, հոգատարությունն ու լավատեսությունը, հույսն ու հավատը, որ անպայման տեղի կունենա իսկական հրաշք և կիրականանան նվիրական երազանքներն ու ցանկությունները:
Հոգու խորքում մենք բոլորս ցանկանում ենք, որ մեր ընտանիքի անդամները, հարազատները, բարեկամները, ընկերները լինեն առողջ ու երջանիկ, որ խաղաղություն տիրի աշխարհում, կայուն ու դինամիկ կերպով զարգանա հայրենի երկիրը:
Դրա հետ մեկտեղ, կազմում ենք ծրագրեր, որոնք պիտի կյանքի կոչենք նոր տարում՝ էլ ավելի ամրապնդելով մեր պետականությունը, պաշտպանունակությունը և անվտանգությունը, զարգացնելով տնտեսությունը, բարելավելով մարդկանց կենսապայմանները, բարձրացնելով բնակչության կենսամակարդակը:
Մենք համատեղ ուժերով կիրականացնենք բոլոր նախատեսված ծրագրերը, միասին ու համախմբված կլուծենք համազգային խնդիրները և կտոնենք նոր հաղթանակներ՝ միշտ կուռ պահելով Հայաստան-Արցախ-Սփյուռք անսասան եռամիասնությունը:
Մեր հաջողությունների հիմնական երաշխավորը, առաջին հերթին, մեր հերոսական բանակն է, հայրենիքի պաշտպանության դիրքերում կանգնած հայ զինվորը:
Ինչպես միշտ, գալիք տարում ևս առանձնահատուկ ուշադրության կենտրոնում է լինելու բանակաշինության ոլորտը, և արվելու է հնարավորը Պաշտպանության բանակի մարտունակության աստիճանը բարձր պահելու, այդ և մյուս բոլոր բնագավառներում հայկական երկու հանրապետությունների համագործակցությունը խորացնելու ուղղությամբ:
Այս տոնական օրը ուզում եմ նախ և առաջ շնորհավորել զինված ուժերի ողջ անձնակազմին, մաղթել նրանց բարի և անփորձանք ծառայություն:
Ուզում եմ շնորհավորել մեր վետերաններին, հիշել նրանց, ովքեր ֆիզիկապես մեզ հետ չեն: Թող Աստված լուսավորի մեր նահատակների հոգիները:
Շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ, սիրելի արցախցիներ, ողջ հայ ժողովրդին, մայր Հայաստանի և սփյուռքի մեր քույրերին ու եղբայրներին:
