Ամեն ինչ տանում է նրան, որ ավելի շուտ գալիք տարվա գարնանը կամ ամռանը, երբ եղանակային պայմանները թույլ կտան, Բաքուն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում խոշորամասշտաբ պատերազմ կսկսի: NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում այսպիսի մտահոգություն հայտնեց ռազամական փորձագետ Վան Համբարձումյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ այս տարվա ապրիլից Ադրբեջանի Զինված ուժերը ցամաքային զորքերը ԼՂՀ սահմանի մոտ է կենտրոնացրել:

«Ամբողջ ժամանակ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվում, որ Ադրբեջանի Զինված ուժերը սահմանի մոտ է կենտրոնացրել ցամաքային ռազմական տեխնիկան՝ սկսած բուքսիրով փողավոր հրետանուց, ինքնագնաց փողավոր հրետանուց, համազարկային կրակի ռեակտիվ համակարգերից, հետեւակազորի մարտական մեքենաներից, զրահամեքենաներից, ավարտած հիմնական մարտական տանկերով: Կենտրոնացված է ահռելի քանակությամբ ուժ: Այս զորքերը մինչ օրս դիրքերից չեն հեռացվել: Այսինքն՝ դրանք առաջնագծից այդպես էլ չեն վերադարձվել մշտական տեղակայման վայրեր»,- շեշտեց Համբարձումյանը:

Համբարձումյանը նաեւ հիշեցրեց Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւի հայտարարություններն այն մասին, թե «2019թ․ բեկումնային կդառնա ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման հարցում»։ Նա նաեւ հիշեցրեց, որ նման հայտարարություններ արել է նաեւ այդ հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարը։ Այս ամենն, ըստ փորձագետի, միայն վկայում են այն մասին, որ Ղարաբաղում 2019թ․ պետք է սպասել բավական լուրջ սրման։ Այն հարցին, թե հնարավոր է արդյոք, ու սրումը սկսվի ձմռանը, ռազմական փորձագետը պատասխանեց, որ դա քիչ հավանական է, քանի որ հնարավոր ռազմական գործողությունների տեղանքը տեղ-տեղ այնքան անպետք է ռազմական տեխնիկայի տեղաշարժի համար, որ հարձակվող բանակի համար լուրջ խնդիրներ կարող է ստեղծել նույնիսկ գարնանը, էլ ուր մնաց ձմռանը։

«Կարծում եմ, որ լուրջ սրումը, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, կսկսվի ամռան վերջին։ Ձմռանը կռվելը հեշտ չէ։ Ամբողջ տեխնիկան դիզելային վառելիքով է աշխատում։ Վառելիքը ձմռանը առնվազն երկու անգամ պետք է տաքացնել․․․ Ձմռանը կարող են դիվերսիոն-հետախուզական գործողությունների տեսքով ինչ-որ փոքր լարվածություններ լինել, դիպուկահարների խմբերի ակտիվացում եւ այլն»,- ամփոփեց փորձագետը։
