Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Գրիգորի Մարտիրոսյանը հունվարի 4-ին գյուղատնտեսության բնագավառի եւ շրջվարչակազմերի ղեկավարների մասնակցությամբ, հրավիրել է աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն՝ նվիրված գյուղատնտեսական ընթացիկ աշխատանքներին եւ մի շարք այլ հարցերի:

Առկա իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ զեկուցմամբ հանդես է եկել Արցախի գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Ժիրայր Միրզոյանը, ով մասնավորապես նշել է, որ, տարեվերջյան ցուցանիշների համաձայն, հանրապետությունում կատարվել է շուրջ 57 հազար հեկտար աշնանացան: Նախարարի խոսքով՝ նախորդ տարվա համեմատ՝ հողօգտագործողներից գրեթե կրկնակի ծավալի՝ 18 հազար հեկտարի հայտ են ստացել գարնանացանի համար եւ առաջիկայում այդ ուղղությամբ կսկսվեն նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները: Անդրադառնալով դաշտերի վիճակին՝ Ժ. Միրզոյանը մտահոգություն է հայտնել՝ նշելով, որ գերատեսչության համապատասխան մասնագետների կողմից իրականացված մոնիթորինգի արդյունքում հանրապետության հարթավայրային որոշ գոտիներում մկնանման կրծողների վարակվածության դեպքեր են արձանագրվել, եւ որպես խնդրի լուծում՝ առաջարկել է համալիր պայքարի ծրագիր իրականացնել:

Պետնախարար Մարտիրոսյանը դրական արձագանքեց ներկայացված առաջարկին՝ նշելով, որ պայքարի ծավալման համար կտրամադրվեն լրացուցիչ միջոցներ, եւ հրահանգեց վարչակազմերի ղեկավարներին այդ ուղղությամբ օպերատիվ աշխատանքներ սկսել՝ ներգրավելով նաեւ վարձու աշխատողների: Պետնախարարը կարեւորել է գարնանացանին հավուր պատշաճի նախապատրաստվելու աշխատանքներն՝ ընդգծելով, որ պետք է ամեն ինչ անել, որպեսզի ժամանակին լուծվեն սերմերի եւ պարարտանյութերի ներկրման հետ կապված հարցերը:

Գ. Մարտիրոսյանի խոսքով՝ ընթացիկ տարում ընդլայնվել է գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում իրականացվող ծրագրերի քանակը: «Մասնավորապես՝ խորհրդային շրջանից մնացած անասնապահական համալիրներին, որտեղ ենթակառուցվածքների կառուցման միջոցով հնարավոր կլինի վերականգնել անասնապահությունը, կառավարությունը ֆինանսական աջակցություն կտրամադրի: Ֆինանսական աջակցություն կստանան նաեւ 250ք/մ եւ ավելի մակերեսով ջերմոցային տնտսություններով զբաղվող ֆերմերները: Պետական միջոցներով կիրականացվեն խոզերի արհեստական սերմնավորման աշխատանքներ, կշարունակվեն եւ ավելի մատչելի կդառնան անասնապահության ոլորտի զարգացման ծրագրերը»,- ասել է պետական նախարարը:

Անդրադառնալով շրջվարչակազմերի ենթակայության տակ գործող շինարարական ընկերություններին՝ Գ. Մարտիրոսյանը նշել է, որ ընթացիկ տարում նախատեսվում է ընդլայնել դրանց գործունեության շրջանակները՝ միաժամանակ ավելացնելով այդ ընկերությունների ֆինանսավորումը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաեւ շրջանների զարգացման, առկա խնդիրների լուծման եւ մի շարք ուղղություններով աշխատանքների պլանավորվան հետ կապված հարցեր:
