Քաղաքացու կողմից ՃՈ տեսուչի նկատմամբ կիրառած բռնության դեպքի առթիվ քրգործ է հարուցվել

 ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է ճանապարհային ոստիկանության տեսուչի նկատմամբ  բռնություն գործադրելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:

Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և  հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։

Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2015 թ. մարտի 09-ին՝ ժամը 02:00-ի սահմաններում, քաղաքացի Ս. Նավասարդյանը, ևս 4 անձանց հետ գտնվելով ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ, մոտեցել է  Վանաձոր քաղաքի Շիրակի խճուղու սկզբնամասում ուժեղացված ծառայություն իրականացնող ՀՀ ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ներկայացուցիչներին:

Ս.Նավասարդյանը հեգնանքով հարցրել է, թե արդյոք տեսուչները չե՞ն կանգնեցրել իրենց ավտոմեքենան, ապա՝ առաջարկել իր համար ծխախոտ գնել։  Չենթարկվելով ծառայության վայրից հեռանալու և ծառայությանը չխոչընդոտելու՝ ճանապարհապարեկային ծառայության տեսուչ Ա.Քոչարյանի օրինական պահանջներին՝ Նավասարդյանը հայհոյել է, տեսուչի կյանքի և առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրել նրա նկատմամբ՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ։

Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ Ս. Նավասարդյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 316-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:

Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
