Արցախում չեն շտապում փոխել Սահմանադրությունը

Արցախում Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու որևէ առաջարկ չի ներառվել քաղաքական օրակարգում: Այդ մասին Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց ԼՂՀ նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի խոսնակ Դավիթ Բաբայանը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե արդյոք Արցախում կան մտադրություններ Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու վերաբերյալ, մասնավորապես, կիսանախագահական տիպի կառավարումը փոխարինել նախագահականի կառավարմամբ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Արցախի իշխանությունները շատ հարցերում հետևում են Հայաստանի օրինակին, որոշ օրենքներ Հայաստանում ընդունվելուց հետո տեղափոխվում են նաև ԼՂՀ խորհրդարան, հաջողությամբ ընդունվում են և կիրառվում:
Պատասխանելով մեր հարցին, թե արդյոք Բակո Սահակյանն այս պահին նման մտադրություն ունի՞, թե՞ ոչ, խոսնակը հակադարձեց.
«Կրկնում եմ՝ այդ հարցը դեռևս չի մտել, ընդգրկված չէ օրակարգի մեջ»: Հարցրեցինք, թե հնարավո՞ր է, որ Հայաստանում Սահմանադրությունը փոխելուց հետո Արցախն էլ հետևի Հայաստանի օրինակին:
«Թե ինչ է հնարավոր, ինչ՝ ոչ, չպետք է գուշակել, կյանքը ցույց կտա: Ես գուշակ չեմ, օդերևութաբան չեմ, որ իմանամ՝ երկու օրից ինչ է լինելու: Հիմա, եթե մտնի քաղաքական օրակարգ, ցույց կտա ժամանակը, ներկա դրությամբ նման հարց չկա: Ինչո՞ւ պիտի հիմա խոսենք, թե տասը կամ քսան տարի հետո ինչ կարող է լինել կամ չլինել: Գիտե՞ք, թե մենք ինչքան այլ խնդիրներ ունենք»,- ասաց Դավիթ Բաբայանը:
