Ղազախստանում իրավիճակը պայթունավտանգ է․ ադրբեջանական ուժերին հաջողվեց դեպքն օգտագործել ընդդեմ հայերի

«Ղազախստանում հայերի համար իրավիճակն այնքան է լարվել, որ տեղի իշխանությունները ստիպված են եղել միջամտել: Վերջին տեղեկություններով հետաքննություն է սկսվել ազգային և կրոնական թշնամանք հրահրելու կասկածանքով:
Իրավիճակը Ղազախստանի Կարագանդա քաղաքում պայթյունավտանգ է: Ընդդիմադիր ուժերը այս բողոքի ակցիան օգտագործում են մարդկանց դժգոհության ալիքը փողոց հանելու, իսկ առանձին խմբեր` իրենց նեղ շահերի ջրաղացին ջուր ավելացնելու նպատակով: Ադրբեջանի դրոշներով սոցցանցերի օգտատերերին ցավոք մեկ այլ երկրում հաջողվեց հակահայկական ակցիա հրահրել, որի մասնակցիները վանկարկում էին ծայրահեղական կոչեր, ընդհուպ մինչև՝ վառել հայերին...
Տեղի հայերը վախեցած ու զարմացած են: Ունեւոր հայերի պատկանող սննդի և այլ բիզնես օբյեկտներն արդեն քանի օր է ոստիկանների շուրջօրյա հսկողության տակ են: Ցավալի է, որ ամանորի նախօրեին տեղի ունեցած սպանության դեպքը, որի մեջ ոչ միայն հայեր են կասկածվում, ադրբեջանական ուժերին հաջողվեց օգտագործել ընդդեմ հայերի:
Ղազախական մամուլը լի է իրարամերժ եւ աղճատված տեղեկատվությամբ: Ղազախներին հունից հանել է սադրիչների հայտարարությունը, որ սպանությունն իրականացվել է կրոնական կամ ազգային հողի վրա:
Ադրբեջանական հրահրիչներից զատ, այլ ներքին խմբեր ևս փորձում են իրենց շահը ստանալ իավիճակից` կոչ անելով սահմանափակել հայազգի բնակչության քաղաքացիական իրավունքները, մասնավորապես արգելել առանձին գործունեության տեսակներով զբաղվել, մասնակցել ճանապարհաշինարարական պետական գնունմներին, վերանվանել ղազախերեն հայերին պատկանող սննդի օբյեկտները և այլն:
Կառավարությանը ժամ առաջ անհրաժեշտ է բոլոր հնարավոր խողովակներով ներազդել իրավիճակի զարգացման վրա, հնարավորինս շուտ հարթել լարվածությունը և ապահովել մեր հայրենակիցների և տեղում գտնվող Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների անվտանգությունը: Խնդրի բարդության ընկալմամբ հանդերձ, այդ թվում նաև Ղազախստանի քաղաքական ղեկավարության հետ բազմակնճիռ հարաբերությունների համատեքստում, հորդորում եմ շտապ գործողություններ ձեռնարկել վտանգի ծավալների մեծացումը կանխելու համար»:
