POLITICSԿարագանդայի դեպքին ազգամիջյան նրբերանգ տալու որևէ փորձ պետք է խստորեն բացառել։ Այս ամսին ասվում է նախարարի տեղակալ Շավարշ Քոչարյանի մեկնաբանությունում, որը տարածել է ԱԳՆ լրատվական ծառայությունը։
«Բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր ի սկզբանե առիթ են ունեցել հետևելու իրավիճակին, տեղյակ են, որ դեռևս հունվարի 3-ին Ղազախստանում Հայաստանի դեսպանությունը հանդես է եկել համապատասխան հայտարարությամբ։ Հասկանում ենք, որ երբ արվել է այդ հայտարարությունը, Հայաստանում տոնական օր էր, և հավանաբար ոչ բոլորն են դա նկատել։ Բնական է, որ արված հայտարարությունը մեր կատարած աշխատանքի միայն հրապարակային կողմն է արտահայտում։
Դեսպանության տարածած այդ հայտարարության մեջ մասնավորապես հույս է հայտնվում, որ այս իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ անդրադարձ կատարելիս հիմք կընդունվեն պաշտոնական աղբյուրները, և սոցիալական ցանցերում չի տարածվի չստուգված տեղեկատվություն, ինչը կարող է դառնալ հանրային կարծիքը մանիպուլյացիայի ենթարկելու աղբյուր՝ այս կենցաղային հողի վրա տեղի ունեցած ողբերգությանը փորձելով տալ ազգամիջյան նրբերանգ:
Այս հորդորը շարունակում է արդիական մնալ։ Այնուամենայնիվ, Հայաստանում տուրք են տվել որոշակի հայտարարությունների, որոնք արվել են առանց հաշվի առնելու, թե մեր երկրի պաշտոնական դիրքորոշումը, որը, մասնավորապես, արտահայտվել է Հայաստանի դեսպանության հայտարարության մեջ, թե հարցի գերզգայուն բնույթը Կարագանդայում բնակվող մեր հայրենակիցների համար:
ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ը և Ղազախստանում ՀՀ դեսպանությունն առաջին իսկ պահից մշտական կապի մեջ են գտնվում Ղազախստանի իշխանությունների, պատկան մարմինների հետ՝ որոշում կայացնողների մակարդակով: Այդ անմիջական շփումները Հայաստանի և Ղազախստանի գերատեսչությունների միջև շարունակվում են: Երկուստեք որդեգրվել է նույն դիրքորոշումը, որ սա կենցաղային քրեական երևույթ է, որին ազգամիջյան նրբերանգ տալու որևէ փորձ պետք է խստորեն բացառել։ Ղազախական կողմից տրվել են բոլոր հավաստիացումները, որ ձեռնարկվելու են համապատասխան միջոցներ՝ իրավիճակի վերահսկման և նմանօրինակ պոռթկումների վերացման ուղղությամբ: Եվ այդ միջոցները ձեռնարկվում են։ Դեսպանությունը նաև շուրջօրյա կապի մեջ է համայնքային կառույցների ղեկավարների հետ:
Գիտակցելով ստեղծված իրավիճակի հետ կապված մտահոգությունները՝ կոչ ենք անում խորհրդատուներին, մասնագետներին առավել մեծ պատասխանատվություն ցուցաբերել այս շատ զգայուն հարցի շուրջ իրենց հայտարարություններում և չտրվել պոպուլիզմի և սադրանքների գայթակղությանը. սա գերզգայուն հարց է, որին ազգամիջյան երանգ տալու բոլոր փորձերը դատապարտելի և անհանդուրժելի են»,- ասվում է հայտարարությունում։
